Food is on point. However, not really worth the wait when there is lack of consideration for patrons waiting an extensive amount of time for their food. No employees appeared to have any sense of urgency and their tone over the speaker appeared to be lacking any form of excitement or happiness.

The service is always so slow. I just go for the cherry limeade. Food is not that great. I recently got a Snickers sonic blast and there was barely any Snickers. Next time I tried again as my daughter wanted ice cream while I was getting my drink. I ordered extra Snickers was still barely any. Yesterday I went got a cherry limeade, and thought I might try again for ice cream got a Snickers sonic blast with extra Snickers, and extra Snickers on top of that and added Reese’s peanut butter cups. They literally just put some candy on top the whole thing was just plain ice cream. Will not order it again. We did try the chicken buffalo bites. And that was really good. I was surprised.

For my 30 minute plus wait in the Drive through i observed the following. Staff appears to have lost patience with their co-workers. Their animus on clear display from at least one of the young people working there. There was at least two patrons who had been waiting longer than me, and it seems as if staff had forgotten them. My order was not complicated, burger value meal and drink, but when i got to the window, i was presented with an order that wasn’t mine.

I would leave zero stars but I can’t. I was there only 5 minutes ago came home looked in my box and this is what I find. Tenders so over cooked they’re inedible it’s ridiculous to make matters even worse I waited 25 minutes for this. I asked for tenders with a large fry and a strawberry limeade and to please not put the lime rind in the drink. My drink has a lime rind in it AND I HAVE FREAKIN TOTS!!! I bought this meal for my baby girl all she was able to eat was the one thing I didn’t ask for won’t be going back to this place that’s for sure.

This location is really the worst location to come to. No matter what time of day, day of week, the service is beyond slow. Drive through? Slow. Car stall? Slooowww. The microphone at the drive through order station is routinely broken and it seems that they are always understaffed. Almost like the people working aren’t able to multi task. My last visit lasted over 25 minutes with me just trying to order and it’s not like there was a long line or anything. First I sat in the car stall, pressed the button. Got a response pretty fast that told us to wait and they would be with us. They then forgot about us. I pressed it again since the prompt on the screen went away. No response. Decided to pull up to the window since I was tired of waiting. Took forever for someone to come to the window to take yet again tell me “we’ll be right with you”. Everyone moving slow and lazily inside. I could see the frustration on everyone’s face that was also waiting to order. What is the deal? I’ll drive further to the location on 78 just to have a better experience from now on.

It took 30 mins before someone took my order. This location is notorious for bad service and being under staffed. Do everyone a favor and just close this embarrassment of a location of Sonic. Also, of the staff that is working, numerous of them are just outside on the benches goofing off.

We’ve been here three times in the last month? Pretty smooth service and the food has been quite good every time. They have a wide variety of menu items, and a huge number of drink and shake options. Not to sound cheesy, but their mozzarella sticks are solid. Gooey, but solid.

I go here more often than I should. Its hit or miss with them. Typically worst at night. I was the only person there & waited over 10 mins for food thinking its going to be fresh since im waiting. It tasted like its been sitting out all day. Buns were stale. Double bacon burger had ONE piece of bacon split in half. The Honey BBQ popcorn chicken NEVER has enough sauce on them and the chicken was DRY! My autistic son who refuse to eat anything but chicken bit into one and simply said, “Noooooo.” Pushed it away & got up from table. $17 for this bs and the quality of food here lately has been terrible. Also not sure why it says 0.21 cent change on my receipt if I paid with my CARD! Not going here anymore! Oh and all THREE onion rings I ate on way home was cold. $17 & waited 10 min by myself for cold,stale, and dry food. Never again.
