BLT was unsatisfactory. Bacon was paper thin and appeared to be air fried. Totally different bacon. In addition, the lettuce was not fresh. Some of the lettuce was actually dark and flimsy. Total waste of funds. Morning drive thru.

You quit serving the grilled chicken sandwich. So I had to order the crispy chicken I think it was called. Horrible!! All bread and no chicken. The chicken part was not even 1/4 of a chicken. The bread was 2 inches lol. What a joke. Horrible!! Please be better. Winnsboro is going out of business and y’all are helping it. Get fresh and thick meats. Quit being crooks. Let’s go!

I use the sonic app throughout the week. You can’t beat the 1/2 price drinks and slushies. However, we will not order any more food from this location. It’s too expensive to not get good food. The new featured steak and bacon grilled cheese had very little steak and what was on it was dry and hard. I called the location but they were not interested in the problem. The picture of the sandwich speaks for itself. Just done.

I had a very high review previously. Over the past three years, this place has fell down hill in terms of service and the quality of the staff. They simply do not speak, seem angry, and prejudiced. The owner/manager does not address any grievances with reported issues.

First my mom’s order was wrong. They took it back and brought her correct hot dog. It was cold. Both the bun and frank. I took it inside and asked for it the be heated. The lady said sorry and ordered a fresh hot dog. Again it wasn’t hot. How hard is it to serve a hot bun and frank?

Went to pick up my order from the app and still had to wait. We had to leave so I could go to work and asked to put my money back on my card. The manager, who was also very rude, didn’t put the money back on my card. My husband and I both go there at least once a week and know just about everyone that works there and have NEVER had an issue until then.
