We had a good experience, food was hot, fresh and correct to order, but I gave 4 stars because my son was standing for several minutes to ask for assistance, and the manager looked straight past him and helped other customers. The manager was multi-tasking even though there was a store full of employees. I just feel they need to be sure to not over look people based on appearance. My son is 13 and was polite and waiting to be acknowledged. He got upset and returned to the table. Inside dining is well decorated, but it was dirty. We had to wipe down our area before seating.

It’s the first Sonic I’ve ever seen with indoor seating. Very clean and friendly environment. Tasty burger and perfect for a late night ice cream treat.

We were the only ones there at 615pm, so that should’ve been a clue, but we hadn’t tried them since they moved. Employees were nice, service was quick, but food was bad. Almost $50 for 3 meals that had cool, dry, hard fries. I noticed the fries weren’t full before leaving and asked for a full order of fries. They apologized and have more fries, but they too were not hot/fresh. Burgers were good, but really messy, popcorn chicken was too hard for my daughter to eat. Pretzel was great. I see why there was no line at prime dinner time. Hopefully they will get things figured out. Nice employees, but food quality was bad.

Placed an order through the mobile app and paid $0.60 to add real cherry fruit and another $0.60 to add extra cherry fruit. This location only gave me two cherries and then told me that each cherry is 50 cents. That is ridiculous when every other location gives me a small cup full of cherries when I pay a 1.20 on the app. Then when the car hop brings me the extra cherries he only brings me three. That is ridiculous. Will never choose this location again

With this being a new location you would think that the owner would want to provide a great experience to the customer so you can have customer retention. Wont surprise me if it goes out of business soon due to the long lines and slow service. It’s a Sunday night and you have 5 cars waiting on the side from the drive thru and the drive thru wrapped around the store and people inside just standing around waiting for food. Kid came to my car 3 times asking what my order was and if food he had was mine and wasn’t. Very unorganized manager needs to have a better system inplace to keep track of peoples order who they make go park from the drive through. After waiting 30+mins for 3 shakes I requested a refund and left.

My order was completely wrong. The young man who took my order added a combo that I didn’t ask for. I kept it(I did pay for it) because my son would eat it. I didn’t complain I just kept the food.

Be clear that the workers were wonderful. A young man who was clearly on a break insisted on getting a refill of tea for me. The cashier was super friendly and accomadating to our special requests. My disappointment stems from the menu. All the choices are fried. No grilled foods are offered. The hotdog and hamburger we ordered were ok tastewise but over $20 for that and one drink is a bit much. I know prices have gone up but… I’ve not tried sonic’s food previously and probably won’t go there again to eat.

I went there yesterday and it’s a brand new nice clean Sonic. The food is okay and I do like the breakfast burritos, the person that was working the drive-thru was a young girl with a somewhat lackadaisical unenthusiastic attitude. That seems to be the norm nowadays, overall the experience wasn’t bad and the food was okay. I will say the prices have really gone up, I got two sausage egg and cheese burritos, a single Sonic burger, a medium milkshake and a medium Dr. Pepper and it was over $22.00.

Neat, clean atmosphere. Polite employees. Food was good. However they took way too long to make a simple order of a corndog, tater tots, and a mini oreo blizzard for the drive thru. Overall, it’s fine, I’m willing to go back.

I wasted 30 minutes of my life there. The car line was so long that I went inside to order. Then after waiting 15 minutes and there the manager knows he was not taking any more orders. So hemade us leave the dining area and I had to get back in line for the drive-thru and by the time I almost got to order they told us they were closing. We totally got treated like s***
