So paying 12$ and waiting for this awful mess of chicken. After seeing the un-sauced chicken we asked for more sauce. “We will have to charge you”, after waiting 20 more minutes they brought back to more trays with around a 1/2 oz of sauce, which was cold. Then another 10 to bring the rest of our order that was left out.Rude drive thru attendants rude manager. In my opinion the worst fast food place in Wise County Virginia.

I went to take my baby granddaughter to the pediatrician and to clean a few buildings. Before we came home my daughter said that she would like a slushie. I was at the gas station and theirs was out of order. Sonic was just below the gas station and I said hey why don’t we go to Sonic I have the app and drinks are half-off all the time. I got a large blue coconut slushie, my daughter got a large tropical colada slushie and my older granddaughter got a small tropical colada slushie. For $4.49, AWESOME!!! ALWAYS LOVING US SOME SONIC!!!! I didn’t get any this time though but I do have to mention the pretzel sticks with cheese. Nothing like some pretzel sticks.

This place is slow. It takes forever for them to actually take your order & then the wait is even longer than other locations. On several occasions we’ve just left after waiting more than 10 minutes just to get our orders taken. Fodd is typical Sonic but it definitely doesn’t fall under “fast” food….

The only “fast food” restaurant I got to that I plan on sitting in the drive thru line for a minimum of 15 minutes. Every single time! Don’t matter if you order food, shake, drink whatever. And check your bag cause it probably ain’t all there.

Ridiculous wait times, don’t come here if you have anywhere to be. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Cashier at the window said my order was never rang up even though I ordered at the speaker and was given a total. Total confusion, seems like no one has a clue what is going on there. Every car behind me left, I don’t blame them.

I’m saying this review because people are complaining about being short stuff and people on break trying to relax for a moment before they continue service and everybody has a right to take a I don’t know why some people get angry because they see somebody else like smoking and being on their phone that’s because they’re on break. Instead of complaining try to be more positive patient

Last 3 time that I’ve been there, at was hard to get service. Left without ordering because no one came to take order. Short staffed but employee was sitting outside smoking and on her phone. Watched a few people leave because they waited for service and no one came. Need to get more and better employees.
