DO NOT BOTHER with this location. This location is by far the worst. The best advice for this franchise owner is to clean house or close all together. Kimberly and the rest of the staff are terrible and service or lack of service was and will remain terrible as long as the employee attitudes remain the same. They clear off your order from the screen though no one has brought anything out to the carhop. When asking for a refund they refer you to complain instead of giving your money back. If you don’t want to waste your time or money don’t go to this location, none of the items are worth it.

I don’t suggest anyone to come to this location. This place is getting worse everyday. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the stall. The screen said that Kimberly was on the way. After waiting for 5 minutes I went inside and pushed the button and then waited for someone to respond. When they did I stated I was there for my stall order that was supposed to be on the way just for no one to come out then went to the drive thru to get a refund. They stated I had to go online to make a complaint to get my money back. After I refused to they then took 5 minutes to give me my money back. Then I heard the girl who I assume was Kimberly talking in the back about me wanting a refund for my little $6 for their horrible service. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Went to the drive through the other day and some dumb person named Jose was completely rude they got my order wrong he wouldn’t let me finish explaining why. Brushed it off as it was no big deal. I am allergic to something they put on the burger that I had them remake. Had an attitude the whole time. He should be fired by how he treats employees/coworkers. Such horrible behavior

No one answered the stall. The drive thru is extremely slow. Order the steak and bacon grill cheese…no steak 1 sad slice of bacon .Steak is in the title! I use to love Sonic not any more. The girl at the window was extremely rude.

Went yesterday before my daughters softball game across the street. Pulled up to an order window, pressed button, nothing. Waited 15 minutes for someone to answer and nothing. We tried to go inside to order at the big window, and the doors were locked. Then got in line for the drive thru, and waited another 10 minutes and no one answered. Left without anything. Been going to Sonic for over 20 years in the south. This was crazy. Will never try this one again.

The car-side service is non existent. If they answer at all, they tell you to go to the drive through, but that’s after about 10 minutes of waiting. But if you go straight to the drive through, it’s a regular occurrence here to wait 10+ minutes in the empty drive through before anyone asks what you want. Definitely get the impression the employees would rather you get impatient and leave than actually take your order.

Had a bunch of modifiers on my order due to people with allergies/picky eater syndrome and they prepared everything accurately (which is rare for most fast food places nowadays.) Friendly customer service as well.

The girl with the obnoxious eyelashes in the drive through and the man with long blonde hair ought to be fired. I watched them scream at 2 customers in the drive through in front of me loudly enough for the whole line of cars to hear. One of the customers had kids in the back seat while the girl in the window called this customer a slur. The other customer was cursed at and screamed at by the girl up front. We waited over an hour for our food, which ended up being wrong. There were 4 people in that Sonic and they stood there and laughed when we asked why it took over an hour for our orders to go through. Then, they charged us more than $10 more than they should’ve. Items on our receipt we didn’t even buy, but noticed that the girl in the window was eating and drinking. Didn’t think anything of it until I noticed those were the items we were charged for. I guess the girl with the nose ring and false eyelashes is eating on the customer’s dime?? I’m considering calling the corporate number over this, because it’s honestly just that bad. Do NOT come here. Patronize other establishments in the area. Absolutely disgusting.

Burger was good, hot dog was good, ordered honey bbq wings, noticed two things: not enough sauce, wings weren’t even covered in the sauce fully, just partially as per photo, the fork was so cheap getting it out of its own wrapper bent it.
