We usually only go to Sonic for slushies. (Were addicted at one point!) .. Always using order ahead. Sometimes they’d be prepared but the line would be so long that by time we received em, they’d be pretty much melted at the bottom. The line and wait can be long at times, but not always. I still give them 5 stars because the staff are always really nice. And, they always offer us a pup cup. 🙂

The location was reopened, but will probably close soon with the staff that’s currently running it. It takes approximately 50 minutes to just order and receive three Sonic blasts. I understood when they first reopened that they were learning, but they still can’t handle 5 cars on a Saturday night 7 months later of re-opening. I’d recommend a local ice cream spot or Dairy Queen over this place any day. Additionally, the location was only repainted and not even probably redone as a new location. The lights are out in some spots, windows are filled with hand prints, and boxes/garbage all around area. Overall, the place needs a nice visit from corporate.

Went to order in a booth, and was told they only had booths 1-8 open. Had a hard time figuring out which booths were which because they do not have numbers you can view before pulling in, only a tiny number on the screen you can only see once you’re already in the spot. After immediately switching to a new booth, we decided what we wanted and then were told the booths weren’t open. If the booths weren’t open, they should not have sent us to a new booth in the first place. Besides that, the customers in both booths beside us were still served. The service here is HORRIBLE. This sonic either needs completely new management or to shut down completely. This is not the first problem we’ve had, as doordash drivers also refuse to deliver anything from sonic due to their poor service. When ordering from doordash, they tell the dasher that they don’t have any of the ordered items available. This is unacceptable. Sonic needs to do better. As hungry customers, I’d 100% suggest you go elsewhere. McDonalds is right across the street and has way better service.

Horrible service and food! The workers at nighttime seem to be on something! We pull up in the drive thru she says welcome to Subway may I take your order and she couldn’t get our order right but of course the screen had someone else’s order on it so we had to repeat it several times then she got rude about it! After we got our food and got back to the hotel my cheeseburger was burned and the pickle fries were cold. My husband’s fries were cold and soggy and the cheese sticks were so rubbery you couldn’t even chew one up! I wouldn’t go back here ever again! They need new workers!

Worst dining experience ever! This place will never make it again! Cold food that I know was sitting around for hours. They screwed up our order. My burger was beyond bad. Don’t even get me started on the border line retarded employees. Completely mismanaged location. Wouldn’t go back on a dare. THE SLUSHIE WAS GOOD TO GIVE SOME CREDIT RELUCTANTLY.

Had to adjust my order since a lot of menu items were sold out and then I was missing half of my order and the other half was wrong. Food wasn’t very good and overpriced. Only thing i can recommend is the pretzel. The place always looks closed, staff is kind of friendly but suuuuuuuuuuuuuper slow to get anything. Waited 30+ min each time… Went three times since reopening, and I doubt we’ll be back.
