Was in the drive thru over a hour. Someone told me to pull up to the window because the intercom was not working. When I reached the window they cashier told me they didn’t take orders at the window. I asked for the manager. The manager was able to accommodate me. Thankfully. But had to wait an additional 25 minute for a cheese burger and kids meal. I received the food the quality was disgusting and the bread was old. I’ve been here before but never had this level of disgusting food. I didn’t eat it. Waste of money and time. I will be calling corporate.

The GROSSEST hotdog I ever bought. This location puts sonic to shame! The employees are so rude, I asked to have it remade and they had attitude about it. I’m glad I got a picture of it because they took it back. They forgot the onions too. After I got my order “fixed” my chili was so spicy like they purposely put hot sauce in it. Will not be back again, you can keep your free hotdog you offered me.I don’t know who conducts the interviews for employees but one guy had a bungee cord holding up his pants and snot coming out of his nose and another lady had nails so long food was stuck underneath them!

Dont recommend dealing with Hope Mills Sonic restaurant or Cliffdale Road Sonic. Playgrounds are a disaster and unsafe for children. Have made multiple email complaints and neither corporate or Dm or Store manager care enough to contact customers back and show any concern. Food is good but sadly the playground ruins it for children.

I stopped at the sonic in Mt. Juliet, TN pulled into stall 7 at 12:24 pm. The red light came on after I pushed button saying they would be right with me. I see cars pulling in and out but still no one has taken my order. Finally, at 12:45 I see a carhop and I motion for her. She comes to my car and I tell her how long I’ve been waiting and show her where the button is saying “activated”. She pushes the red button again and says “I didnt hear you through my radio, what do you need?” I look at her in shock as no apology or anything.” I then tell her I have about 7 drinks/slushes and she’s say “ go ahead.” I started telling her what I need and she says “let me go inside and I’ll take your order.” RUDE! I told her I had a lot of drinks to order even though I had been sitting there forever and no apology! I don’t think I’ll be going back to this Sonic!

Unbelievable experience twice! Their ice cream machine is warm ? My register is frozen ? We only can make two milkshakes? Very rude kids running this Sonic! Jacksonville Florida racetrack and San Jose! They need training and new equipment!

My family and I use to love going to sonic that was one of our go to places for cheeseburgers but not anymore. I have tried it three more times to see if maybe it was just the cook or just a bad batch of meat but every time I have ordered a cheeseburger. The meat smells and tastes rotten, I’m very disappointed. I don’t know if something has changed in your ordering or what but the hamburgers and cheeseburgers are not the same anymore! Very disappointing!

I don’t have a complaint about food, service or the atmosphere, my complaint is the fruit cherries are way too expensive. When I go to sonic which isn’t a lot I always get an ice cream or cherry limeade with extra cherries. I’ve always paid extra for them which was 10 cents each and that’s fine but now their cherries are 50 cents a piece. How is one cherry 50 cent each?!?! Let’s just say I drove away with no cherries. I thought they would put one on top but I didn’t get that either. Very disappointed but glad I was given a heads up instead of just being charged.

The first time I went to Sonic it was great then the last few times the food was barely warm. Last night I got a barely warm hotdog and tots that were over cooked. The place needs a remodel and retraining of the staff. I’m sure people are going to stop going to the Marion store if you don’t fix it! Just terrible ! I was there 7/17/23 about 8:00 pm.
