The Oreo Maser Shake Cheese Cake Shake was Superbly Supreme and Extremely exquisite tasting. The order took awhile because the speaker boxes at Sonic are never in 100% working order. Why should they when someones go to by from them no matter the working conditions of the equipment. The young lady whom brought us out our order was very prompt and pleasant. The food was nice and hot and the shakes nice and cold with hardly any ice cream or cool whip melted away. It was way over priced but the Sonic at Alameda and 4th Street has always been a huge disappointment so today was awesome in it’s abilty to redeem it’s self!

I will not come back to this place. Never get my order right. Last week i asked for chocolate blast with oreo. Then got vanilla with chocolate syrup and oreo. Then today i asked for a number 10 with a large coke. The lady asked if it was a meal. I said yes. She ask what side. I said fries. Then i got a small coke and probably charged for a large. I can not go back knowing they do not pay attention to detail. Good luck to you.

I did a drive thru at this Sonic location in May 2023. Now it says I made a purchase in drive thru June 17,2023 and I have not gone there. No answer when calling Sonic. I had to dispute unauthorized charge.

This sonic is the only one I will go to in Albuquerque anymore. I was going to cancel sonic altogether but my 67 y/o mother wanted to go for drinks. I’m glad we did. The woman cashiering was the kindest and had such a bright uplifting attitude! She also put care into making the drinks as you can see at the window. The best customer service experience at a sonic EVER! I wish I got her name but she’s an older woman with long hair and long nails. Y’all should have her giving all your other stores employees lessons on customer service! Seriously. It’s almost a lost art in this city.
