First I parked at a speaker box that apparently didn’t work. There was no sign on it and it even lit up when you pushed the button to order. After several attempts I decided to move to another spot.

I ordered Doordarsh to my house which is only 10 mins away from sonic. Took forever to get my food after we finally got a dasher to accept. I tipped her more than I did on my card because she was caring enough to explain what was going on. Apparently they remade our order 3 times. I’m glad the dasher was kind enough to check everything was there. When we finally got the food we ordered mozzarella sticks. The cheese was seeping out and hardened on the outside leaving nothing but a fried shell. The Chilli cheese coney we got was way to salty. Barely edible. And the reeses blast we ordered had barely anything in it but vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing. We waiting over an hour for our food and it turned out like that.

We waited about 30 mins to get all our food. It took several more mins to get some napkins and straws. The soft pretzels that we ordered were very overcooked, so we asked out server if we could please have a new order of them. After 15 mins , she brought out more burned pretzels, without any salt on them this time. Also, the Frito Chili Cheese Wrap they brought me was terrible – the tortilla was uncooked, and it looked to have been folded by a toddler, so it was mess to try to eat. The only thing out of our entire order that they got right was the strawberry slush. Definitely a waste of money and time. We won’t be going to this Sonic in Baldwyn, MS again.

Waited over an hour! They were out of multiple things. Ordered a strawberry slush that came out with water in it! The food was cold and the diet cokes were nasty. They then said they were out of Diet Coke. The speakers were all broke and they forgot we was waiting for food we didn’t receive. They need to be closed down! I would have given negative stars if I could have.

This is a review for sonic in baldwyn, and before I get any “you should have known better”s, I have had mostly good service there on the few times I have went. Anyways, my family and I were wanting late night milkshakes. I ordered a small strawberry classic shake, a small butterfinger shake, a small cookie dough shake, and a small oreo shake. The oreo shake was a mini in a small cup. It was also not mixed properly or something, because once we got home and stirred it the consistency/coloring was off and weird. It was thrown in the garbage. The classic strawberry shake also did not taste right, and it could not be eaten all the way. The small cookie dough shake was not even mixed. Just cookie dough pieces dumped on vanilla ice cream. Not eaten all the way. The small butterfinger shake was okay. The pieces could have been mixed in better, so 1/4. It also looked like only three young teenagers were working with no manager. The appearance of the sonic did not look kept up.

Ordered Jr. Cheeseburger when arrived took a bite and was ice cold. Bottom bun was dry and hard. For $3.49 no good sent it back and second one was not much better. Overall food terrible for what they charge.

The last three times I’ve been there they have messed my order up. First time my child chicken strips were hard you could break a wall with them. Second time I ordered a blast all the butterfingers were at the bottom with an ice cream on top it and it wasn’t mixed. Then the last time I ordered a chicken slider and had it down for 7 and kept saying she couldn’t hear me and I also had to repeat myself 5x and still couldn’t hear me. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

Rated a 5 on atmosphere because it was a typical Sonic and was clean. However, we ordered on the app. Our good was ready 15 minutes after the time we scheduled it for (they were not busy), our order was messed up, and the tater tots tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We were running so far behind we just had to take it and go.
