I found this restaurant via Door Dash. I ordered the vermicelli bowl and peach melon tea. Today was my third time ordering the vermicelli bowl but I believe the beef has hairs on it and in the dish. I’m so off put as I am halfway through the plate and noticing it. The flavors are great but I expect better food handling.

I was looking for a different spot for my pho fixing and decided to try them out. Got the shrimp pho and it didn’t disappoint me at all. As for my appetizers, they were not tasty at all. My stuff crab and cream cheese puffs tasted like just cream cheese . Egg rolls were so dried like they were old.

Dine in visits are preferred…I have had a lot of take out orders bungled. They tend to make it right in the end though. Today the new waitress didn’t want to substitute my rice noodles for more plain rice take out order, as I have had honored in the past on dine in occasions. She told me that there was no manager on duty for me to talk to. She lied and ended up having the manager take my order. After a long wait for my food it still came out wrong. After a further wait it was made right. I guess I have to just keep dining in or boycott take out. I like the food a lot. They just need to work on customer service for take out orders and stop hiring waitstaff that are liars or otherwise not trustworthy. Today had me feeling like I miss 888 Chinese Restaurant!

Service is great even when busy. If your in a rush. A courtesy reminder will go along way. Smoothies and teas are great and natural tasting bit sweet. Nothing water can’t help for those who don’t like super sweet. Spring rolls are nicely grilled items.

Not a very good first impression. Although I do realize that their best dishes more than likely are the pho and their banh mi given that it is a Vietnam restaurant, the orange chicken and fried rice are ordered were poor tasting. Yes, one could argue that I should’ve known better than to order orange chicken at a Vietnamese restaurant, but, why offer the dish in the first place if they’re not going to provide the same level of taste as their main dishes. Furthermore, I ordered their cold spring rolls and the wrapping at the bottom was full of water, leading me to believe that they leave them sitting in a fridge somewhere for extended periods of time. The chicken was over cooked and extremely chewy. One of the pieces I bit into still had a bone, which ruined my whole dish. The fried rice also lacked seasoning and tasted old.

First time here. The food was good. We had the chicken pho with egg roll and 2 combination pho with spring rolls. The food came out pretty fast. It wasn’t burning hot, and plenty of veggies. Also had the crab cream cheese puffs, which were also good. Prices are decent. Spent $60 on 3 adults, one toddler. They have a selection of tapioca/boba drinks I’d like to try, so I will be visiting again.

I’ve been eating here since they opened years ago, the quality of the food has been consistent for the most part. There are lots of new employees so service can be hit or miss especially around lunch time. I usually just ask for the check after I get my food so I’m not waiting later. I’ve overheard multiple customers make comments on the carpet and tables, both need to be replaced as the carpet is pretty old and the tables finish has become gummy to the touch. The beef stew was inconsistent years ago but they’ve improved it, now it’s one of my favorites.

First time here. I was craving shrimp fried rice. I Was seated in a timely manner. I ordered Shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. It was good and hot. I did notice that a couple of bottles on the table hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly and there was a fruit fly circling. Thank God I didn’t see it until after I ate. You are seated every other table and servers are wearing masks as well.

The food is delicious but do not order from son nam google website. The order doesn’t go through to son nam. Then you have request to get your money from the website( not son nam) and replace your order with son nam. Their website doesn’t work, call your order in without any fees like Uber eats.
