first the service is very slow. We wait for 20mins to start order and around 40mins for the food to come. Their food tastes heavy. Also, looks like the food is designed for local thai people instead of normal visitors. It’s pretty hard to get used to the tastes. We ordered the Tum Tad but it smells terrible and really hard to eat. And it looks pretty different with the website photos.

The food is freshly delicious and this is the only Thai restaurant in Portland (so far) that has the sticky rice mango dessert option. The service was average and the ambience comfortable.

This was our second visit and it was still just as good, just as flavorful, and most importantly, still the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in Portland. Everything is absolutely delicious, adventurous true to their word, the go by Thai spicy levels. I can’t recommend this place enough to everyone who likes Thai food, especially if you’ve ever visited northeast Thailand’s Isaan province.

By far my favorite Thai restaurant in Portland. Everything is spicy and tangy in the best way possible. Get the pork bone soup. It’s like a tangy pork stew. Aside from that, everything that looks good is incredible.

Panang peanut curry, crying tiger are good. The pineapple fried rice is okay. Do not recommend the Tum Tad. The atmosphere is good.

Wow. What a fantastic new find!! The food here is eclectic and definitely highlights Northeastern Thai food you won’t find elsewhere in town. We had the duck larb led udon, which was the best larb we’ve ever eaten, and the recommended Tum Tad plate. Topped off with mango sticky rice for dessert!! I have a peanut allergy and they were so great in accommodating that. We will be back!
