4.5 stars. Somi serves food that is inspired by Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Hawaiian cuisines. Prices are average. Customers may access the menu by scanning a QR code on the table and then order their foods. Here, my husband ate a beef ramen, and I ate a vegetable pho. The serving sizes were fairly large, the ingredients were very fresh, and the flavors were very good. The waiter who brought the food to our table spoke to us nicely.

I’ve tried this place twice. This food is.. not good. This last time I threw almost my whole meal away which is sad because it wasn’t cheap. Clearly not much effort put into their stuff. The $21 poke bowl was so bland even salt and seasonings couldn’t help it and the tuna was definitely off. Soggy fries with too much sauce.. Had I eaten it there I would have asked for a refund but I took it to go and was disappointed at home and left hungry. Won’t be going back. Thankfully, my girlfriend ordered from one of the other restaurants (Revival, I think. It was a newer one) and shared hers with me. It was better, but the bar was set pretty low. I used to be a fan of the galley concepts, but it seems they’re just throwing in places that can put food out fast and there are plenty of those that do it way better. McDonald’s, or panda express, for example..

Sunny Egg & Crispy Tempura Shrimp. The Brunch menu was varied & interesting. Once I settled on the tempura shrimp, I noted the excellent service & flavored lemonades. Overall the meal was tasty. 4 long shrimp on sushi rice, with fresh mixed salad greens, dippy egg & pickled veg. The garlic aioli was flavorful, but too fatty for the tempura batter which was a little heavy & slightly greasy and made this dish over-the-top rich. The portion was hefty & generous. Definitely full afterward.

Had an amazing meal at SOMI! Their Korean fries are a great shareable app. Ginger chicken is my meal and it’s the best rice dish I had in a while. Not sure why people are complaining about the price. Their price is comparable to every other fast casual place. I’m working in the industry so I totally understand how much food cost and labor cost have gone up since the pandemic. Proud to support a local business!

Got the spicy ramen with pork belly and corn. Didn’t wait long at all. Broth is good and spicy. Wasn’t a fan of cabbage though. The pork belly was cut smaller than what I normally get, but thats just me but it’s cooked perfectly. Prices wise it’s bit bad, I paid bout $25.

Outstanding unique food with impressive diversity. Definitely an inviting and inspiring cross-cultural hub. Predicting that this will be the place launching new food trends and setting the bar.

I was almost done when I took the pic of my Vietnamese Vegan Pho but believe me it was beautifully presented and delicious, as was all of the food we ordered from Somi and Elevate.

Loud environment for old folks like me (67years). Food was decent. Service was excellent —friendly, helpful folks. No place on smart phone order page to indicate food allergies.
