Great atmosphere and food. This is my 2nd time visiting Sòlt, was a little disappointed they no longer had their crab cakes on their menu but they made up for it with the duck. I love their appetizers especially the goat cheese dip and calamari. The steak kabobs were delish but shrimp balls were a little underwhelming. Drinks are great! Some wines are a little overpriced for what they were but overall good selection.

Exceeded our expectations! We ordered the Sweet and Spicy glazed salmon, shrimp Fresca wrap, and baked goat cheese. The food came out hot and we were very pleased! The cocktails were delicious as well, I ordered a French 75 and the bartender made a special cocktail for my friend , which he calls the strawberry shrub. 10/10 experience! Also our waiter Kirk was great, very attentive especially with our allergies.

The food was pretty good! Decent portions and incredible flavor. The atmosphere seemed to be sophisticated millennial does brunch and cocktails but make it a nice restaurant instead, if that nature any sense. Cute sophistication. Clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Seems like a good place to go for a business dinner or lunch or for a good drink. My only negative is the desert we got was very small for the price we paid for it. And they did seem to push the alcohol kind of heavy like that was the specialty or something.

I was introduced to this restaurant by a local friend. It was a great recommendation. I like the interior, open and airy. Christina was our waitress and she was friendly. With her suggestion, I tried the Coconut Almond Murder as my drink and Miso Cod as my entree. The cod tasted delicious. I had some fish dishes somewhere before in which the sauce is outside to give you taste, but the meat was bland. This miso cod had the flavor inside out, impressive. The dish presentation was beautiful. My buddy had the Sweet and Spicy Glazed Salmon. That was a good one, too. The food for this restaurant should be in the category of American Fusion. BTW, try their Brussels Sprout as an appetizer, which is a nice one.

Solt is a PHENOMENAL restaurant, with consistently quality food, service, and atmosphere. And I can say consistently— I come here almost every week! I’ve had most things on the menu and been able to meet several of the servers. Amanda, Christina, Nathan, and Max to name a few have been detailed with their attention, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a past server, I have been very impressed. They are part of the reason I keep coming back!

First time at this restaurant, what a wonderful experience . I tasted a couple of things from the menu and all were wonderful. My favorite dish was the brussel sprouts appetizer. It was amazing and a pleasant surprise. Attentive, professional service, nice ambiance in the restaurant. Put it on your list.

We only ordered off of the drinks menu. All 3 (and the champagne) were excellent.

Our family enjoyed dinner here! The ahi tuna appetizer was good and we liked the seasonings they used on the vegetables. The server was friendly and Amanda was so good with our kids, helping keep them entertained while we finished eating. Would definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Fantastic food and stellar service. I actually enjoyed it better than Urban Table but I also enjoy Urban Table alot also so it’s really a draw. Pad Thai was tasty and well presented. Wagyu Burger and Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich were very tasty also. Ceviche and Calamari were very fresh. Finished off with a delicious Creme Brulee. Cocktails were delicious and fresh but also very unique. The service was on point to a tee. We were taken care of very well. This was my first visit to Sölt and I’ll definitely be back to try some other dishes. Chef Tai is doing a great job in College Station and definitely deserves some credit for all he’s doing in the city. Thanks again for everything! Cheers!
