I don’t know where to begin with my disappoint with your establishment. On 8/9 I called to make a reservation for my birthday celebration. I reserved a table for 12 guests. On Thursday 8/17, I, physically, stopped by the restaurant, to confirm reservation. They didn’t know what I was talking about. I was assured that the reservation for Saturday would be confirmed and put in the book.

Love date nights here for an elevated Latin cuisines dining experience Sol y Luna is a must for anyone living or visiting Myrtle Beach. The Carnitas burrito is my absolute favorite. The red and green sauce are so flavorful. The huge chunks of pork are griddled as the should be to give it that extra crispy texture and then layered inside of the burrito. The salsa that comes with the chips is also very tasty and a hint of spice. Pairs perfectly with the tortilla chips that aren’t greasy like some restaurants. My husband got the Carne Asada this visit and it was cooked very well. Full of flavor and the portion is huge. Margarita prices on happy hour at $4 can’t be beat. It’s not a tiny rocks glass either. So many other dishes that are amazing so check them out!

We discovered this place on online and decided to go based on the positive reviews as well as the great daily specials. We arrived late afternoon on a Tuesday. There was seating available inside the dining room as well as outside on the patio. We opted for the AC!

This place is great! They have a happy hour menu. I love their birria tacos, best I’ve had so far! And their drinks are great too. The place has a nice atmosphere with outside dining available.

We have ordered from here at least 6 times in the last 3 months. The service yesterday was absolutely terrible. My husband’s meal was missing Chorizo from his Churrasco meal not to mention staff called back and I heard the entire conversation. We had less than a spoon of Spanish rice we order for 2 meals. The chicken on the quesadilla was overcooked and dry. The service has definitely went down!

We read all reviews and they were absolutely true..Food is absolutely delicious….Love to see Peruvian plates. The portions out of this world. Hope you always keep up with the same flavor and portions. We were delighted and so full! Everything was exquisite. The Paella…The soup!!!….empanadas so good! And the fresh guacamole . Oh not to mention de kids ACP….just delicious. We’ll definitely keep on coming back anytime we are in SC. Our server was great btw. So sweet and attentive.

We have been in Myrtle Beach for 4 days now, 2nd time in Myrtle Beach overall… And this spot truly is the best place we have been to across the board ( and we have been to some 10/10 places including crab legs, fried flounder/scallops, lobster etc.) We came in based on the reviews, but I do not think the reviews do this place any justice. I do not have a single bad thing to say. Service was quick and can’t back frequently for refills and bring us another round of drinks, which were at the time happy hour $4 margaritas. Despite happy hour price, it was a regular sized drink and strong. Complementary chips and salsa was great. We got the paella and enchiladas, the rice that came with the enchiladas was so flavorful. The paella was cooked to perfection. 1 minute over on squid and you’ll be chewing for days, not this one. Literally melted in your mouth, the chorizo was delicious, would come back over and over for the paella, which was very reasonably priced for the amount of food, let alone seafood, in the dish. Vibes were also on point. Keep up the good work.

My new favorite restaurant! The menu is fabulous and the food is even better! The Shrimp and Crab Ceviche with Fried Plantains was so yummy and fresh…and the Mahi Mahi Bowl was super tasty as well. Our server (Val) was excellent and checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The Grapefruit and Coconut Margarita was a perfect accompaniment to the live music playing in the restaurant. Overall, an awesome experience. We will definitely be back again soon!

Tried this place when it opened, and just came back to have lunch today years later. Everything is amazing, the food is so good, no cap. The south Western Burger is delicious, the chips were fresh, the salsa was crisp, the queso dip was on point and it was a fun time.
