The food is an experience in true Oaxaca cuisine and it is exceptional!!! If you are accustomed to Americanized Mexican food, this may not be the place for you, but sooooooo recommend the experience regardless!!! The chef is an artist who creates masterpieces of taste! The mole sauce is unique and incredible! The chicken was the most tender I’ve ever had. We have already cancelled our Friday reservations to be able to eat here again! The serving staff was great but very busy. We were happy to wait. This family owned restaurant is sooooo fabulous!! Thank you for your artistry.

The food is incredible. Very high quality chef prepared Mexican food… Thought prepared dishes. The owner was very friendly and spoke to us for a while. His personality is reflected in the quality of the dishes he serves. It is clear that he cares. Definitely a new favorite stop of ours! Highly recommended. Especially if you appreciate finer, (more authentic), traditional style dishes.

OMG, the food is sublimely delicious! We had seven people and a child so made a reservation at 4:30. It was great because the chef had time to talk with us while he did prep work. Del Campo veggie enchiladas and mole enchiladas were especially tasty. Chef comped us two orders of street corn which is fabulous. Also love their salsa which is wonderfully garlicky! We got one of each dessert, the tres leches was fantastic, and chef comped our little one vanilla ice cream

A culinary star amongst mediocrity! Arguably the best, freshest, most authentic food this side of the border. The mole was amazing, and the plantains were delightful. If you like civiche, just wait for the first bite. But save room for desert, the tres leches brought a smile to my face. The blood orange margarita is spectacular.

We did not have reservations but only waited for 15 minutes. The food was good, we asked for more tortillas since we had more filling, never got them. Didn’t like the size of the tacos, difficult to hold and eat.

Carnitas were excellent. Unfortunately, my wife had the last chili rellenos available and one was ok and the other needed some help. I would try them again based on the rest of our food. After ordering we heard about the specials. We will go back and make sure we ask of any specials.
