This is a great place to hangout with a group of friends. Everything here is shareable size. The flavors did lose it’s touch as years passed but it is still good. You get plenty of banchan but it is $1 for refills on them. The kimchi was especially crispy on the outside but it got soggy quick on the bottom. The Tteokbokki was spicy and very chewy.

First let me start off by saying i use to come here alot almost every weekend i would gladly tell people about this place but now I do not…the quality of the food has gone down as well the prices are going way up! Things I use to get use to be 12.00 was now 19.99 that’s a big difference on this visit my black bean noodle where so dry and stuck to each other the meat was hard and tough to chew and only like 6 pieces and there was more onion then anything else in the plate and I do know there is alot of onion in this dish but see below it was very dramatic as well as the size of the dish went down. The kimchi pancake was super thick and really under cooked to the point it was mushy and did not taste well ( this was my favorite thing to get here) my total bill for the two things listed above 45.00 plus the 15.00 soju …..my friend ordered Ramon it was 10.00 when it use to be 5.00 and now you have to pay to add stuff to it when it came with it before . imagine our surprise so am so sad to say I won’t be going back any more and I will not be recommending this place any more.

First time eating at a Korean restaurant and wow! Had the best experience ever. Grace was the best and I really loved how she explained everything to us. Coming back for sure.

Don’t be spooked by the shabby environment and walk away.

TL;DR One of the best late-night food locations in the Houston area. Also, if you go often, let me know how long you think their waiter work before quitting.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. My wife and I had dinner at this place. My wife had question about food and explained how similar dish was done at other Korean restaurants. The manager came out and asked us if we were Korean. Sounds like we are not allowed to question the food if we are not Korean. The manager even said donot complain like a baby. Funny there is a place for a service like this.

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. I told the waiter the bibimbap is not crunchy and crispy, and he said he will get his manager. The first thing the manager said to me is I heard you had a complaint about bibimbap. I told her this is not how bibimbap should be. She said this is hot stone bibimbap and asked if I’m Korean, making it sound like I don’t know what I’m talking about. She even told me no need to act childish. Can someone tell me is this how a restaurant manager should treat their customers??? Don’t ever come to this place, because both the food and customer service (manager/allegedly owner) sucks!!!

Long time no see! It’s been so long and was definitely in need of some korean food. Came here after work for a late night grub. We opted for the seafood pancake (which took forever to come out), the korean army stew, and steamed eggs. I was hangry so I literally digged into the side dishes first. Probably my favorite things to eat for a korean meal. Love the marinated bean sprouts and Kim chi.

Flavorful, savory, melts in your mouth delicious! Korean is probably my favorite cuisine so my taste buds are a bit biased here. The lychee soju cocktail is a must-get.
