Wow! I brought back so many great memories!My first job in the US, when I came to study architecture in New York, was at a Jewish Italian Deli in Queens, NY… the Pastrami sandwich on toasted rye bread was superb… the mustard exquisite… and the coleslaw just like my adopted home in New York… I promised the the General Manager, Davide, that I need to come back to try the Corn-beef and the Brisket… the atmosphere is great!

I came across this place last year and thought it was the best Pastrami I ever had. I had it for lunch almost every day and took a lot back home with me when leaving Miami. I am back this year and went straight there for lunch. I was very disappointed not to find the same moist, sliced by order pastrami as they had before. I truly hope they can find that quality again. The pastrami tasted nothing like what I had experienced before and it was more like a supermarket quality.
