They have gone downhill. I used to come here all the time for the past 5years. I will never return if my life depended on it. I came an hour before closing on a Tuesday so I assume that they were just careless with making the food. I ordered the steak and chicken combed plate. It was so DRY. There was no sauce at all on the meat as though it had just been left out all day. I also ordered noodle and there was Shan no sauce or flavor to them. The food was inedible and I took a few bites and threw that trash out!

I was leary going in, but the food was actually quite good. Several things on the menu were not available, but we found something we could like. It feels a bit dirty and quite old. But all in all wasn’t too bad.

I would give 1/4 of start if I could. I got hibachi chicken rice, The chicken is chunky and way over cooked, I couldn’t swallow, it was sooo dry. The carrot is out of can and tastes nasty. All I ate was the rice and a little mushrooms. They need to send the chef to a good hibachi place to get trained.

Better called, “Nogo”. Customer service is pushy and mean. Got the wrong order (shrimp instead of steak), told they don’t do teriyaki anymore upon arrival for pickup, then oh it smells like teriyaki so I guess we did it this time. Yeah, and the last time and time before that. Just not the easy, go-to experience we’re looking for as customers. Spent over $40 for 3 of us, then prompted for a tip after paying for a wrong order. No thanks. Last visit for us. Just not worth the frustration.

This was like in April, it all started then. I’ve been going there for a year now and I have loved the food. But you guy changed the recipe or something and now when I eat it. I have a lot of gas, diarrhea, or fell the need to burp a lot. I am sorry but the food is not as it used to be now. I hope you guys can fix whatever you did to the recipie.

Sad to find out that this location does not offer teriyaki noodles and fried rice as a standard with every hibachi meal and does not offer any sides with a hibachi order. But for the same price, if you go to the SoGo on 970 Branchview Dr NE, Concord NC, you get fried rice and noodles and one side as a standard. And if you get 2 meats, you get a soup AND A a salad. Too bad this location doesn’t do any of that but wants to charge the same amount..

I probably eat sogo 4 or 5 times a week. Got lunch for myself and my mother today at the location close to her house. Second time I went there and second time I was underserved there. Normally I have all 3 compartments filled at least to the tops of the barriers, if not over. Sogo is a fair deal when serverd the usual amount but this location needs to step up their game to get it up to par with the other locations. Forks were forgotten too.

Was very very good. Best cooked veggies I’ve ever had with hibachi. The filet and shrimp were delicious and seasoned perfectly as was the fried rice. We will definitely be back!

There wasn’t any wait to be seated. The waitress was very friendly amd fast at getting us our drinks and food. The chef was very professional and fast. The food was very good, like it always is. We eat here at least 3-4 times a month.
