I recently visited Sofiabella Pizzeria and tried their pizza. I must say, the pizza was absolutely delicious! It was evident that the restaurant has undergone a change in management, as all the old recipes have been replaced with new and improved ones. The staff was very polite and welcoming, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant itself was adorned with unique and interesting décor, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. Overall, I would say that Sofiabella Pizzeria is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. The food is great, and the service and atmosphere are equally amazing.

I have ordered spicy panner pizza. Bread is soft, cheesy and yum yum. As mentioned pizza is spicy and must try pizza. They give 4% less on bill for pay by cash, think that’s best option. Pizza was even tasty, soft and cheesy even next day too. I will visit again and try to taste other pizzas too.

buffalo chicken pizza tasted like absolute hot garbage covered in franks red hot. they managed to burn the chicken but not melt the cheese? fries tasted old and the cheese tasted watery, guessing they’re watering it down to save money. also seen employees washing their feet in the sink? the hell is going on at this place

the atmosphere is very dated and old. I went there with me and my family and they literally told me if I have a 3rd refill of my drink they will charge me extra. I have never heard of a restaurant charging extra for refills, especially when your paying almost $4 for a drink after tax. They gave me ranch for my wings and salad and told me if I wanted extra that would be an extra charge. The waiter was nice but maybe she’s new because she didn’t have answers to any of my simple questions. I felt like the manager is extremely cheap with little to no customer service, even though I ended up spending $60 there. My wings were slightly pink inside and I barely ate them because I am pregnant and was afraid to eat them. My salad lettuce was old so I asked for fresher salad and instead of redoing the whole salad they brung out just lettuce…. I was so confused and asked the waiter am I suppose to pick everything out of my house salad and add it to this and she said yes :/, she eventually went back to change it but it was as if I was in the wrong. The pizza was the only thing decent, good cheese and fresh. I was visiting out of town and if I ever come back out here I will gladly never come back

We have been coming here a long time and my son loves it. Last couple times we came in I was not a fan of the service. Not to mention, for a tiny plate of cheese fries it was eight dollars and I was barely worth it. We were the only ones in here and I purposely sat where they could see us because a lot of times you sit behind the wall and you feel forgotten about. We were right in front of them and the girl who took her order mumbled and just kind of stared at us and she never came back to offer us anything else to drink. We were not given silverware Or napkins. There’s normally napkin holders on the table but there wasn’t any on the table near us. We sat there for a while and we weren’t even given our check. When I stood up to go to the register a girl came out of nowhere and handed me a receipt. I truly felt like they didn’t want us there. It was just two girls in the whole place running it. Once again, my son loves their food and I may come back if he asked me. However if it was up to me, their food is subpar and overpriced and their service has really gone downhill the last few times I was there. I personally have no intention of coming back anytime soon

Happy Pizza Friday. 2 days away from Bitcoin pizza day and warm weather is around the corner. Got a large chicken Parm at Sofiabella in Bensalem. This was a good pizza. Only thing bringing it down a bit is the lack of chicken and the dough could be better. Chicken was good but don’t think they put enough on it. Small shreds here and there. The sauce here is great. Very well seasoned and has a lot of flavor. Parm is also coming through here. There are splotches of ricotta as well that adds a nice creamy texture to a couple of bites. The dough here is a bit on the chewy side. Reminds me a little bit of school pizza. But not bad. Bottom has a medium toast and looks like it was cooked on one of those steel pizza screens. It has a good flop to it but everything adheres well to the dough. Overall I’d give this pizza an 8.1. Very good execution and quality all around.

Food is decent and it’s only place around that delivers to my job but the lady that takes orders barely listens to you always gets things constantly wrong doesn’t repeat your order back to you or your total and they don’t follow directions i’ve tried to get deliveries at certain times because of my break and of course the delivery shows up whenever and even if I give the delivery drivers exact point-blank directions they still have no idea where to go or where to find me, and I have given the directions to the person at the counter and also the delivery driver so I don’t really know what’s going on. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or anything like that, but be prepared to have an ongoing conversation back-and-forth with the restaurant and the driver before you can get your food.

Good Food. Online prices were different than menu prices. Even for carry-out. Bit pricey for vegetarian food and they have charge called “Convenience Fee”. I don’t know what that charge is for?
