It was good and not that expensive! We shared a smoked trio of chicken quarters, ribs and pulled pork. We also had collards and mac n cheese. I was disappointed that no bread was served with the meal. Our waiter Justin recovered well with suggesting a fresh pretzel. It was fantastic. Very light, very fresh.

We stopped by SoDoSoPa Sunday afternoon for an early dinner. We were seated right away and ordered a couple appetizers. They have some unique stuff so we had to order the hog cakes and southern fried rangoon. The hog cakes had a odd texture but the rangoons we delicious. The mustard sauce was a perfect balance with the fried shell. Our meal was average bbq and you only get 4 ribs in the one meat plate but they had good flavor. One thing about the service was our server would disappear for long stretches of time. I think she had another section on the other side of the restaurant.

A group of 8 of us went there for lunch. Initially satisfactory. However, I ordered two appetizers. One was burnt and I found a hair in it. For the entree, I ordered the Cuban sandwich and got this. Extremely disappointing. Would not serve this to anyone but they did. Desperately need work in quality control regarding what comes out of kitchen. To add, wait staff disappeared for periods of time and once returning, never asked if there was an issue, just hurried us out the door. Not going back.

Stopped in for lunch with a group, and everyone really enjoyed their food. Wish I had gotten more pictures, but I definitely recommend the grilled pimento cheese (add bacon ). The Hog Cakes appetizer was delicious.

We thought we’d check out the downtown area. Nice little place. The meatloaf and potato cake were delicious. My husband had the ribs and he really enjoyed them. They brought him samples of 4 different bbq sauces to try with them. Service was pleasant.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back to Greenville SC, thanks to the strong reviews on Google. Good decision as the food was fantastic, and they had free WiFi so we could get some work done. The grilled cheese with potato salad was delicious. And my wife enjoyed her bacon burger. They’ve got plenty of seating inside, including a bar area, plus a few tables outside.

Customer service is good. The decor is pretty unique! Our meal was sufficient. Not out of this world amazing. But merely ok…there was no “wow” factor. In contrast, my drink was SUPER, SUPER YUMMY! I requested she make me something fruity, and she brought magic back in a cup. I really want to give it another try because the waitresses were kind. The food just needs a little pizzazz.
