There’s a miserable butch female that works here that is literally scowling as soon as you walk in. She’s nasty and unpleasant every single morning I’ve walked in this place. I will gladly drive to St.James to avoid this location and her disgusting energy and customer service. Horrible representation of a great franchise and when I finally complained bc I was waiting for 20 mins for a bowl I’m pregnant I went an sat in my car bc currently they are working out of a truck. I could still visibly see the truck, nobody waved, motioned, said anything, and when I finally complained she told me don’t come back, which I recorded and will be sending to the franchise branch. Misery Maggie needs to go !

My coworker and I had placed an order on Uber eats for 2 regular overnight oats and when the order got to me there was no oat milk in the overnight oats it was just granola. I called and told them about the situation and they said to put milk in it but I was unable to because I was at work and had got this sent to my job. They then told me to just request a refund on Uber eats for my money back.

LOVEE Sobol’s Pitaya Bowl!!! They always pack it out wi/ fruit & toppings. Especially love this location (Ronkonkoma) always friendly & helpful staff, supa dupa clean! One of my fav treats ever!
