We had a large order and the lady said it’s gonna be like forty something then came back and charged me and said it’s like fifty something we charged your card. No receipt either, first time I’ve seen raspas with condensed milk over it. Milkshakes have way to much ice cream you can’t even use the straw it’s just like a ball of ice cream.

I was simply making childish gestures in the lobby while having a conversation with my friends when all of a sudden the short brown worker with a lot of acne came out and started speaking to me in a rather condescending and very patronizing way. I didn’t deserve that because I was never causing any damage or harm to anyone or anything. Please don’t come here. Horrible service and mediocre food.

Asked for a mango trolebus and received a melted mango raspa. My husband got off the car to speak to someone regarding our order because obviously I have ordered in the past from this place and did not look like a trolebus -even the color was different. The lady told my husband that they had other orders to attend and that they knew it was melted and did not offer to make another one. Because of this, they just lost a customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE SO SAVE YOUR COIN AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Worst snowball location ever!! Almost gave my brother in law an allergic reaction because they gave him nuts when we asked for NO NUTS!! Then tried to say we never said that!!?!!? Didn’t even offer to redo the item or anything. Gave me so much attitude. But at least the girl who took the order gave us more change than needed

Snowball Express is AWESOME!! I have never seen so many crazy amazing snacks, fruitcups, elote en vaso(White or Yellow Corn) ice creams, shakes, snow cones, you name it and they have it! Also they have dine in, carry out, or drive thru. Trust me they have dreampt up snacks that I never even heard of that are crazy delicious and REASONABLY PRICED!! I ordered the Snickers shake and my wife ordered the Natural Lemon raspa, they were FANTASTIC!! I look forward to retyrning there MANY times in the future. Its now my one stop snack shack!! Extremely kind and helpful staff. Thank you. GO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF, YOU WILL BE VERY GLAD THAT YOU DID! Im hooked!!
