Not going to lie, Snarf’s was much better than I expected for a first time visit. Yes the reviews are good but that doesn’t always translate to your own experience. The food is good and you won’t be disappointed or hungry. Macaroni salad was just a plus to my terrific Italian sandwich. Facility was a little lackluster and bland but the food shines through!

Snarf’s Sandwiches MX in downtown St. Louis offers a fantastic selection of sandwiches that are a cut above your average sub shop. The menu has a wide variety of options, including hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and sides. What sets Snarf’s apart is their use of quality ingredients, from the meats and cheeses to the bread and vegetables. Each sandwich is made to order and is served on fresh-baked bread that is soft and chewy. The bread options include white, wheat, and gluten-free, and there are even options to have your sandwich served as a wrap or salad. The sandwiches are generously stuffed with meats, cheeses, and toppings, and are full of flavor. Overall, Snarf’s Sandwiches MX is a great spot to grab a satisfying and delicious sandwich, whether you’re in a rush for lunch or looking for a relaxed meal.

Ordered there a couple of times and also ate in-house. Online ordering very reliable. Staff is mostly friendly. Prices reasonable and food ok. Vegan and vegetarian choices are rather limited – however the menu items are highly customizable. Recheck your online order: happened to me twice that I got different items than the ones I put into the basket – might be an IT bug.

fresh!! delicious! I had a terrific salad, my man had one fresh made overstuffed sandwich. Both much better than expected for the super causal atmosphere. Order at the bar and pickup. Soda fountain drinks are self serve.

This brisket isn’t smoked by any sense of the imagination. And it’s the lowest quality brisket I’ve ever had. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a sandwich. Paid $15 to throw my lunch in the trash.

I tried the Snarf’s Chicken salad sandwich with provolone on wheat bread . The chicken salad was seasoned very well, the provolone cheese was cut a little too thick for my liking. Overall the sandwich was good.

When I went to Snarfs it was Thursday around 12 p.m. the customer service was good, but the wheat bread on my sandwich was very tough and there was not a lot on the sandwhich besides meat and cheese and the extra pickles I paid for. Also the fountain drinks were very nasty. They tasted normal but the aftertaste reminded me of when you get perfume in your mouth. The drink was not worth the $3 that we paid for it, in fact it should have been free. The drink alone brought the experience down by a lot.

Meh….my child devoured the meatball sub. My Italian was OK my other son had 2 bites of his hotdog sandwich. The big thing with my experience was the staff… definitely did not want to be there and it showed, we stood waiting to order for 10 minutes and we were the only ones waiting. They showed on there faces they had no desire to be there… the homeless people hanging out in the back didn’t help my experience either
