Grossest eggplant parm of my life. I ordered in person today and decided to get an eggplant parm sandwich. When I took a bite the entire slice of eggplant came out. It was not cooked enough to be easily consumed without a fork and knife. The eggplant also tasted like straight chemicals, which according to google means that it’s old. There was also minimal to no cheese on my sandwich. I wasted $17 on something I have to toss 🙁

I had an order catered from the Golden location. There was a miscommunication on the order, and Bill stepped up and made it right. He immediately took care of the issue himself and made sure we had everything we needed. He did this during peak lunch hour and got us on our way in plenty of time for our event. Bill saved the day, and it was much appreciated. The sandwiches were awesome!

This location is truly disappointing and has made an ex customer out of me. Today’s order and the stores lack of customer service was truly poor. I ordered delivery and the order arrived smashed, cold and wrong with items missing. Unacceptable in any circumstance but especially for a $20 sandwich. When ordering through the website there is nothing that says the order is being delivered via Doordash. The manager at this location was unapologetic and not concerned with making anything right. He passed 100% of the buck to Doordash and told me to call them. When I asked for their phone number he said he did not have it. 0 STARS – better food elsewhere for cheaper!

I went to snarfs today with my friend not expecting much but the prices were so good which made me happy and once I got my food I was blown away it was immaculate it was so good and the best sandwich I have ever tasted in my life I will be coming back here every time and you should too and the drinks are so cold and refreshing and there are so many options to choose from and it’s so delicious.

We were looking for a place to stop for a quick bite. Snarfs is a little hidden, but a good sandwich joint. We both ordered the French dip sandwich. The sandwich was good and hot. It’s a little pricey, but I am sure most restaurants in Golden are not cheap.
