I’m new to the area, and after reading some of the reviews I wasn’t sure about ordering from here but they were open late, so… I ordered and paid online then picked up my pizza. It was ready on-time and still hot. The employees were friendly and helpful. The Supreme pizza was really good- lots of toppings and the original crust was just right for me, done but not hard. It went well with the cup of garlic butter dipping sauce that came with the pie. I will order from them again for sure! Just FYI, though, there’s no dining room.

We are driving back up from vacation and ordered this because we were close. Very disappointed! Quoted 40-60 minutes for delivery when ordered online, you have no way to track your order. At 65 minutes I called to request an update, and they said the driver was on the way. Our location is 12 minutes from this restaurant, and so after another 30 minutes I called again. The lady I spoke to at the restaurant was rude and said that the driver was taking five deliveries at one time. When the driver came, he was driving dangerously fast and was extremely rude. The food was cold and not made properly. No compensation was offered for this poor service The reviews were pretty good but this was very poor in my opinion.

Waited little over 2 1/2 hrs for delivery. Ordered veggie melt. No tomatoes no mushrooms no cheese. Plenty of sauce. Not heated. Wish I could show picture of it

When it comes to customer service and the food industry i hate to even complain because I’ve worked in food service since i was 15 i understand how it works and i understand some situations can be avoided and fixed, but i order from here a lot im talking five to six times a month if not more and it’s always Fifty to Sixty dollar orders most the time its good but more often then not its bad. I have a picture my thin crust pizza was like someone shook the box and then handed it to me.

Always late when getting delivery. I ordered today at 1125am…its 1256pm and it’s still not here. They quoted 40mins at most.

The customer service was pretty much impeccable! We were a big group out of state and put our orders in individually. The lady who answered the phone was so calm and collected. The food was delicious and we definitely had a huge portions. I would definitely order here again.

Ive had nothing but good food from this place no hassles everything was on time and the store manager is alway polite and doing what he can do to get your food asap.However the last 6 times I’ve tried to place an order over the phone no- one picks up or they do and just let the phone sit while I say hello 1000 times , so I went into the store to place my order and the girl is just sitting at a table while I’m calling and could care less. This was a good place with good service but that’s taken a severe dip. Last time I order food from here for awhile.

Place needs to be shut down. Every time I order from here it takes 3 hours to get 15 minutes down the road. Then when the food finally shows up it’s burnt and missing everything that it shouldn’t. If you don’t want to do your job then stop working there. Simple as that. Do better on your employee ethic.

Used to order from this place all the time. Today is gonna be the last. We spent $70 and got a pizza with almost no sauce. One hoagie could be considered undercooked, the other had one piece of chicken on one side of the bun. We ordered loaded potatos, there were barely anything in the containers. One cup of marinara sauce for a large flat bread. Not to mention they didn’t have change another time my son ordered. So they said they will credit him and wouldn’t. Then forgot two orders of loaded potatoes, was supposed to be credited and still had to pay with a small discount. They even forgot some of our order more than once. We’re done with this place. Honestly should be shut down.

Food was below expectations. Spaghetti was very plain, no meat just straight up pasta and sauce. Reminded me of Chef boyardee in the can. Chicken wings were very soggy and had an odd taste to them that left a weird after taste. Food was disgusting.
