At Snappy, we start each day fresh. It would be easier to use frozen dough (like our competitors), but we make ours fresh daily. The same is true for our cheese—always fresh, never frozen. Our award winning sauce is composed of the freshest vine-ripened tomatoes that are picked fresh, packed, and canned in just six hours! Believe it or not, Snappy Tomato was started on a bet at a local horse track by a man who dreamed of having his own pizzeria but didn’t have the money. The horse he couldn’t resist betting on was named Snappy Tomato. The man used his winnings to open a pizzeria, which he named in honor of the horse that made it all possible. From that first Snappy Tomato location, there are now more than 50 locations across five states.

I ordered 4 different pizzas on different days. Every pizza was phenomenal. I’m convinced the owner and workers love their customers with the high quality pizza they’ve served to me & others. One quality I appreciate the most is how little grease is on their pizza compared to others! Thank you very much Snappy!

Today was my first time trying them out. I would have to say it is the best pizza and the greater E-Town area. As the name implies, super fast. Had a large pizza out to me in 10 minutes. They offer a military discount and were extremely friendly. Will definitely be returning.

My husband and I used order from here all the time over the past 3 years that we have lived here in Vine Grove. Unfortunately the quality has changed drastically. They never have a delivery person anymore. The employees who work there are unfriendly and act like they cannot be bothered. Last time I did pick up they gave me the completely wrong order. I had to drive back and then remake my pizza entirely. I highly suggests trying Kickin Pizza in Radcliff just a few minutes down the road if you are looking for a good local pizza place, because Snappy Tomatoe has lost my business.

Clearly the owners have low standards and take no pride in their business. They need to just shut down or find new ownership. Every time I order the food, when they’re actually open and in hopes that it’s going to be good, it’s never fully cooked, the part that IS cooked tastes days old (my dog didn’t even want to eat it, and he’ll eat anything, I’ll never disrespect my dog like that again. I’d rather feed him Alpo and let him drink from the toilet before I ever offer him Snappy pizza), the toppings are just thrown on blindly looking absolutely unappetizing, the staff is rude, and accountability is nonexistent. Leaving a sheet of paper in the window with some bogus excuse about labor shortage is juvenile, petty, and unprofessional. Poor ownership and minimum wage is the reason nobody wants to work there, and nothing else.

We arrived late close to closing time and we drove from Louisville to get this pizza because to my surprise snappy tomato locations have all closed in louisville. There were also no Cicis pizza locations for miles and miles. So we took the 35 min drive. There were plenty of workers cleaning and making orders. I was happy to see young people moving with purpose and paying attention to details. I will return the next time I have a taste for snappy tomato.

What’s the point in having store hours if your never open? We’ve tried going 3 times this month and no luck. I get that there’s staff shortages everywhere but at least put a sign on the door or update your hours. I’ve been a fan of snappys for years… Until now. Glad I didn’t order online

Absolutely one of the worst establishments I have ordered from. Took an hour longer than what they said just to get the food. Then when food arrived they had wrong order. Tried to call back to explain. They wanted to argue with me saying that they gave me the right one. All I wanted was my pizza. And they couldn’t even help me get the order fixed!!

I ordered a pizza for my family and when I got home and began eating my pizza I noticed there was no sausage visible as I requested. As I was eating the pizza I also noticed there was only dough and tomato sauce! I called to address the issue with the supervisor on shift on following day. The supervisor was very rude, and unprofessional. He was rudly making excuses for the poor quality of his pizza. Another issue I addressed to the supervisor was that I noticed that the person making my pizza had an uncovered beard. He stated that it was not their policy to cover employees hair, and I was hung on! So if you find hair but not sausage, remember I warned you. I will never order a pizza from this business again, and will never recommend to anyone in the future!

Usually we love this pizza place. My last order however was raw when they replaced it, it was the wrong order. I’m gonna chalk it up to just a bad day. Otherwise, this is still my favorite pizza. They also offer veteran discounts which makes the biggest pizza they have, cheap, and it Feeds 10 grown, hungry, working men. I’ll eat there again.
