I’ve stayed away from snappy stop for the last 15 years because of what previous employees used to tell me back in HS. But I went to school with the owners son and he encouraged me to come try it for myself, so I brought the family last week and tried it for myself. They have a small menu but that’s a good thing, they focus on what they are known for. The employees were friendly, also the owner was friendly and working hard right along side his employees. The food itself was decent for the price. A good value for your dollar. Not the best burger I’ve ever had but it was good and a good size for the combo price. My only critique is the french fry portion could be bigger. Ordered a large and it looked like a small too me. Other than that I think the food offers good value food for a low cost. Definitely worth a trip for a quick meal and a visit to a Rochester staple in the community.

Why were the hamburgers Grey in color and barely warm. The fries were gross soggy and tasted like the cooking oil haven’t been changed out for a while. ABSOLUTELY GROSS MEAL. The hamburgers taste are terrible. Not worth the disappointment and not worth the stomach discomfort as well.

Swung through this Rochester institution for a snappy burger and some fries. Fries would have been better if I would have gotten some ketchup. My Snappy burger with cheese was pretty good, they don’t have any dine in options so I just pulled over in their parking lot and had it in my car next to snappy chicken and snappy clown. Snappy burger & small fries $7.46, great change from Burger King and even some higher price places. Fries plentiful but not as crisp as I like, but reasonably salted. Broadway closed so not busy, access from east. I like to eat on grass under shade trees.

With a name like Snappy- you expect fast service. Not Jimmy Johns type fast, but quicker than Culvers speed where you wait so long you forget what you even ordered when they bring it out. Very limited menu. Disappointed the shakes are not made there. It’s a f’Real shake like you get at a gas station. The fries were super greasy and had no salt. Unfortunately no salt in the bag either. But they weren’t even hot, just warm so we just skipped eating them. The chicken nuggets were hot and crispy. However the ranch dip we asked for, didn’t make it into the bag.

Burger was cold, soda was flat, burger was upside down in wrapper bacon on the bottom bun… it’s never been like that sense they offered bacon on the there burgers.. been going here 30 yrs or so it’s never been that bad something has changed ..fries were good though.. guess that’s just how it is nowadays, cant find good help, my order was placed today between 2:58 -3:05 ish july 17
