I regularly frequent the Snappers on MLK in Pompano as it is outstanding food and service. This franchise however has unfortunately lost the recipes from corporate. I tried it twice a couple weeks apart and had almost the exact same experience. I sat at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes until someone noticed me. The shrimp that are typically outstanding from this franchise was not even edible. Not sure how you screw up french fries but they did. Whoever owns this store better get all hands on deck or their investment will be out the window.

I just picked up an order of tilapia and shrimp. This was my first time at this location. Everything was fine, AT FIRST. I ate the shrimp and the fries, and they were pretty good. BUT, when I bit into the fish …. O M GOODNESS!!!! The smell alone made me almost throw up . I smelled so spoiled.

I ordered gizzards and catfish nuggets and and both was under cooked… I would appreciate it if you take your time before you kill somebody. Plz make show that food temperature is right before sending it out, but over seasoning is on point…
