This a.m. was my first time EVER trying this place..! I Door Dash at this restaurant…how I know about it. It’s 2 of us and we were starving..! I thought of this place because of the area and the time…I called in my order…2 plates (wings and fries & gyro and fries). The young lady on the phone was kind of dry, but we’re hungry…I placed the order‼️ I go inside to pick up my order, which was $25.78…no drinks with the order ‼️ My wings were dry and didn’t have much sauce on them…the gyro was so dry…There was barley any sauce on the sandwich…I counted the fries and they were enough for a kids meal. The inside was desert…My wings were all drums and when I asked is that how the meal comes…young lady told me that that was all they had. She could have told me on the phone and given me the option to order something else or accept what they had. The response really upset me. I will be telling my friends and family about this lady because she is the only one whom is EVER there serving, when I go there. I will be looking up the information on this restaurant to see how there scores fluctuate and to see if I can make some type of difference for the next person that was treated and greeted how I was.

On last Tuesday night I ordered tilapia and wings from Snapper fish and chicken in College Park, Ga. After I got to my destination I opened my plate and noticed the plate smelled like old burnt grease. I bite into the chicken and it was dry and had the taste of it being recooked in burnt grease and my fries were still uncooked. My tilapia was good but I didn’t get to enjoy the most portion of my food I paid for. The store was already closed by the time I made it home. I reached out thru the app I ordered from and they gave me the run around on basically they can’t refund nothing which is unfair. I was very disappointed.

ordered a chicken philly 17Feb2023. someone else picked up the order for me. once i opened the box, i couldn’t believe they boxed this up && passed it off as a chicken philly. k contacted Slice who spoke to Snappers on my behalf. Despite visible evidence , Snappers refuses to accept responsibility. Terrible

Fries are straight garbage I only ordered from here because jjs was closed and it was my first time trying them. Do not buy the fries they are completely garbage the chicken is mediocre too nothing special at all. They really need to upgrade to better wings and especially better fries because jjs is better if I could give this place zero stars I would. Please do not order from here save your money they are garbage nothing like back home

Maybe people that don’t know better are excited…. but I’ll stick to the Miami locations. I wish I could post a picture of this conch salad….with huge chuncks of bell peppers and celery. Someone clearly didn’t want to make it and need to stick to the recipe.

Recommended by area hotel staff and chicken wings and fried catfish did not disappoint. Delivered in less than 30 mins and order was 100% correct. Late hours so getting food after a late flight shouldn’t be a problem.
