I have put off this review for over a year because I was sure smoothie spot would change. When I first started coming here I was obsessed. The food was fresh, appropriate in quantity, and affordable. I loved getting the immunize detox shots and the best thing on their menu, the mango tango. As mentioned in other reviews, the workers are rude. They don’t look up when you enter, they don’t ask if you need help, they put In less than the bare minimum. I don’t speak Spanish but have always tried but it’s still not good enough. But I looked past it for the mango tango. It was perfect every single time.

I had a terrible experience at this location. Staff and owner were extremely rude and gave us attitude after we explained the following concerns: The Menu nor the staff didn’t specify the amount of items that were in the order which caused us to order an excessive amount of food. Once it was brought to the owners attention, he said he couldn’t do anything about it (which in my opinion, he could’ve accommodated us considering we just spent an unnecessary amount of money on the same exact food item). One of the staff continued to make comments to her colleague about us while we were eating and the owner came to us to specify that they don’t bring food to their guest after he offered to pack it for us since we obviously couldn’t eat all of it. ( in my opinion, it was the least they could’ve done due to the inconvenience). Over all, I did not like the experience. The food wasn’t even great. Expensive. Terrible service. Very dissapointed. I’ll never come back here again.

Today was my first time at this establishment. The cashier suggested a smoothie called Popeye. That was the best smoothie i’ve ever had. Ingredients included spinach, kale, orange juice… also added an empanada as well. 10/10

Honestly this place has failed me far to much to keep going here the food quality has dropped wayyyyyy down the turkey taste like burnt feet the chicken is always dry and I can’t remember a time I tried the drinks and they didn’t taste like pure sugar I would recommend any other healty spot to eat

Second time I come up and now they put iextra charge for the quinoa. The Costumer service was very rude I’ve been to the same place in another location and they didn’t add extra, the chicken was very bland no favor when it’s called “grilled chicken”. never again …. And the place really bad !!!!!! WORSE FRANCHISE EVER … I just let then now about Kendall location

Great food, but manager at the West Kendall location needs more training in customer service. If the restaurant is having a promotion, the manager and all the employees should be aware and make the customers feel welcomed to use the offer. A few weeks ago, my daughter went to this location to use the buy 1 get 1 free wrap’ coupon (picture included) from a postcard that was distributed at my gym. The manager didn’t accept the coupon. Today I went back with the offer and the server told me to talk to the manager, who “screened” the coupon and said that I could only use it if both wraps were exactly the same, which is not stated in the coupon disclosure. After some back and forth, he begrudgingly accepted it and he still charged me a bit extra than my total should have been.
