The pork burnt ends were awesome!! The sausage was great. I really feel like that’s all that was good though. The turkey was very, very salty. The coleslaw was not great. The potato salad tasted weird. I didn’t like the brisket, the texture was off and it didn’t have a flavor to it. The sauce is sweet and full of berry flavoring with a small spice kick that I did think complimented everything very well. The macaroni was not special and neither was the baked potato. I would come here again to try other things but not the same things.

A big ole Texas greeting as you walk through the door sets the tone for an enjoyable experience. The meats are lightly seasoned so you actually taste the meat. The brisket was phenomenal. Ribs are large and meaty. The pulled pork comes topped with coleslaw. It was moist and full of flavor. The mustard potato salad was a big hit with Darren. I was not enamored with my side. Too much flavor. My taste run more Southern Baptist potluck. The do not offer a chicken option or Coke Cola…they do have turkey and Dr Pepper.

Great BBQ, all homemade. Sauce is good, but you don’t need it. The meat speaks for itself. Staff are SUPER friendly and hilarious. Made us feel like old time friends. You really get a down home personal touch here.

If your in the Fort Worth area or passing through this place is worth the stop. Great food great service and the people are amazing. We live a couple hours away and you can bet we will make the drive to come back again.

Absolutely good. It was my first time there. The desert was great and so was the chop brisket sandwich. I know I’ll be returning. You won’t be disappointed. I should have taken a pic but I forgot when I saw my food.

Bbq chopped brisket is my go-to often these days, and I will only get it from Smoking Windmill BBQ! Best bbq anywhere around. Great staff too and I love the new location.

The lady that greeted us was very hospitable as she took our order. We ordered: 2 meat plate with brisket and ribs, slaw and potato salad; 1 meat plate with brisket, macaroni and slaw, and 2 beverages($45). The meat was delicious and the potato salad was my favorite. They serve until they run out so I suggest arriving at an earlier time in the day. We will definitely return!

Love this place. The UFO is so good and a must have each time. Waaayyyyy better than Local Craft. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles west. Catch some live music on Friday or Saturday depending.
