The food was pretty good, it was a bit different, the elote which is the corn, was really good, spicy and a bit sweet, the fries where good. I had the smoked chicken taco, it was more on the sweet side, that slaw was really good, and the taco brisket was OK. The service was friendly and it was very welcoming.

I have been to the Smoking Jalapeno twice in killing Alabama. You’ll need to stop what you’re doing and go now. They have got Taco Bell beat by a long shot.

Variety of choices for tacos. We got the smoked chicken, fried chicken, and the fried avocado tacos. They were all great. Salsa was pretty good and the cheese dip was terrific. The Mexican street corn was delicious. I’m happy to see something like this place in this area. The waitress we had was very friendly and helpful.

Eat here at least twice a month! Great food and awesome service! The Old School and Fried Chicken tacos are my favorites! Parking on the side is a little confusing for some. Almost got hit the other day. Pay attention and you’ll be fine, though

Had a great meal here, the tacos were so good and I loved my margarita. Everyone was very kind and the manager came over to make sure we liked our food. He was very nice and made sure we got refills quickly. Had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Pleasantly surprised on how great this place was. We had the puffy tacos, the brisket tacos and the cauliflower tacos. We also had the trio appetizer which was chips, salsa, queso and guacamole. The queso was really good. Very thick and full of flavor. The guacamole was fresh and very tasty. The Salsa unfortunately tasted like it was from a bottle. My favorite tacos was the cauliflower…go figure!!! It was packed full of flavor. The shell was just a soft flour tortilla but it paired well with all the ingredients inside. The puffy tacos was my next favorite. Ground beef and all the toppings inside a great shell. The rice was a little mushy but had authentic flavor of Spanish rice and the beans were good, I’m not a bacon fan, but for those who are you will be pleased there was a lot of bacon in them. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely be back!

Incredible food every time! The nachos will never disappoint! Whoever manages this place does a great job of teaching excellent customer service to every worker. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Went in for a quick meal last week, it was quite busy and the servers were doing the best they could with a system that seemed it was set up to fail . I had the best service from a wonderful server. However the manager( I believe her name was Angie) there was a complete and total mess. Complete disregard for her staff struggling and the guests effected by so; she walked around with an attitude and a half and had a literal b face . Do better with your management, it lacks taste and class.

Food was good, came pretty fast, decorated very nicely. Service was good. Only reason it’s not a five is because im not a big fan of pulled chicken. I ordered the Quesadilla it didn’t say it was pulled chicken. But over all I would recommend.
