I got the hamburger with BBQ & everything & fried green tomatoes my husband got the pulled pork & onion rings. Both were excellent very tasty BBQ sauce. The service was great. I’d recommend it to friends & family & we’ll definitely go back.

My husband, and I brought our daughter, and grandson, (who are visiting from out of state)to dinner here for the first time and we LOVED it!! The food was excellent, the service was perfect and friendly, the prices were reasonable and response from them on FB messenger was quick and answered all my questions. We didn’t have adult beverages this time but the bar looked awesome!! I told my boss and friends, so Smokin’ Embers owners and Staff — expect some new people. We ordered the Sampler Appetizer first to be able to try a few things. The pulled pork and pulled BBQ chicken and ribs on it were excellent. For dinner we ordered ribs and the beef brisket and our grandson ordered off of the kids menu. All of the food was excellent. The dinners came with 2 sides and there were plenty of sides to choose from. The dinners also came with a big square of corn bread. We are definitely coming back again!

I want to preface this by saying it’s entirely possible this was just an off day, maybe the food would be better another time but considering we threw our entire $50 dinner out after a few bites we won’t be back.

We’ve eaten here several times and enjoyed everything. My favorite is the pulled pork nachos while my husband enjoys the tender ribs. The collard greens are the best I’ve had and the brisket is amazing! Large portions. I suggest if you love real BBQ to check them out!

Best barbecue I’ve had in New York. Didn’t even need extra sauce. Meat want over dinner or dried out. Cooked to perfection. Great baked beans and fried green tomatoes. The only thing bad was the corn bread.

We thought we would try this place out again since they moved into a bigger building but it was even worse than the first time! We got brisket, smoked wings, fries, chicken tenders, 3 meat dinner and mac and cheese. I ordered the wings because they said rubbed in the description but what i got were soggy overly sweet with not much flavor besides sugar and smoke. The brisket was good except it had the rind still on it and it was crazy salty. The tenders were good but you can’t really mess those up. The pulled pork and chick was mushy and just sweet with no real flavor. Overall it was overpriced and unflavored. We won’t be back. You guys really need to lay off the salt and sugar and focus on flavor not just smoke.

The pulled pork sandwich is so good! I’ve been there a few times, everything tastes great (I’m very picky) they do such a wonderful job! With not many bbq places nearby, this one is definitely worth it.

This is a quaint place. Excellent BBQ. Their homemade apricot peach habanero BBQ sauce was delicious, not overly sweet with some nice heat. The pulled pork was generously piled ontop of a crusty bread roll and that added nice texture and soaked up the sauciness of the meat. Fries with gravy was lacking, but it’s forgivable. A nice surprise is the mac salad had flavor and some crunch.

Loved it!!!!! My boyfriend and I both had the Carolina Burger and it was delicious. We were looking for something different and glad we tried it. They even had chicken tenders for the kids that dont ever like anything. We will be back for sure. 🙂
