Just a little hut on a hill but this food was PACKED with flavor!!! I was truly blown away by how good the pulled pork sandwich was. The meat was so tender and I loved the BBQ sauce. The baked beans were very unique but soooo good, definitely try them if you’re a baked beans fan!! The people running the place were super friendly too. Overall a really great experience.

The meat had a little strong smoke taste, but not objectionable. Serving of pulled pork on bun was huge. And very moist and so tender. Must be a truck drivers serving. Sauce was the best I’ve had. Way better than big name BBQ places. I’ll be stopping here again.

The fella that runs the place is nice and always helpful. Some of the best melt in your mouth brisket I’ve ever had! It’s just a little shack on top of the hill and they make some great smoked meats! Definitely worth the stop!

This place is awesome. You can smell the BBQ from the truck parking lot. Places off in the cut like this is a gem …..ordered the brisket plate with fries and it was amazing. Way better than all that fast food across the street. Definitely coming back!

This little place has huge flavor! Was surprised by the BBQ( we’re local & no real good BBQ around)will definitely be going back. We wanted to try an assortment. Pulled pork, BBQ burger, tenderloin – all were very tender, juicy, awesome flavor. Love the sauces! Only really good potato salad I’ve had in E. TN. Beans were really good as well. People are super friendly, so customer service was top notch.

My boyfriend is a truck driver and he loves BBQ not so much me but I gave it a try and I can say this was amazing and I am very happy I got the pulled pork sandwich and my boyfriend got the brisket sandwich and we smashed on it. As we was walking up to the place it smelled amazing. I will recommend this place for sure. GOOD JOB ON THE FOOD.

We had pulled pork and brisket. The sauce on the side had a good kick. Fried okra was so good, and the baked beans had a lot of seasoning going on too. Friendly cook and he obviously knows how to make great tasting food.

You NEED to stop here. I could not be happier with our decision to grab some barbecue on our road trip. In the location of a shut down fireworks place up the gravel hill past the truck rest stop. When you get out of the car you’ll be embraced with the smell of smoked meat.

It’s been hard trying to find a good BBQ. We stumbled on Smokin Butts BBQ and OMG. It was so delicious, moist and full of flavor! The amount of food for the cost is well worth it. Your taste buds will thank you later! The homemade bbq sauce was the best I’ve ever had. Kick within the baked beans keeps you going for another fork full. Hands down the best in the area.
