Went in for just a latte to go, took about 10 minutes for them to make one singular latte. It wasn’t even that busy. I also asked for a hot latte and they gave me an iced but I wasn’t gonna sit there for another 10 minutes waiting on a hot latte. I don’t blame the workers, for most of them it’s probably their first job. I feel like it’s just the result of poor management.

The baristas were great and super fast, no wait! One problem is the environment radiates toxicity. Lots of constant gossip was taking place amongst manager(s) and workers. I didn’t like the effect it was having on the younger baristas. I definitely wouldn’t want a power assertive manager as my boss in charge.
