We were looking for so more BBQ to try in the area and not a lot are open at the time but Smokey Mo’s was and it was fantastic. The Turkey was so damn good and the brisket was delicious. Mac and Cheese and potato salad was really good and that BBQ sauce was amazing.

Reheated and dry pork ribs. Premium prices and serving leftovers. I understand the challenges for food service right now, but I also want good food when I go out. Paying premium prices for old food. This was always my go-to BBQ place…no more! Shame on you.

Brisket needs to have a flavorful bark. We got no bark or flavor on the brisket. It wasn’t dry it was moist I’ll say that, but no smokey flavor. Potato salad is pretty good, and the turkey breast was moist and had good flavor.

This is our first time here and the sandwich and mac and cheese good. The store smelled great. The cashier was friendly and we got our sandwichs while we were filling up our drink cups. They have a side bar of pickles, bread and onions. The carrots were pickled and spicy. The sandwich was a good size and the chop beef had a good taste. Very lean with a tosted bun. They have extra bbq sauce on the table. Almost all the seats and tables were full. Good stuff.

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always solid. Smoky Mo’s has my all-time favorite ribs, and I’ll drive from Hutto to get them. Tonight’s meal was as good as ever, and I don’t feel like the price is outrageous like some of the other “big” BBQ places nearby.

Man, finally found a bbq place that serves top notch food. Ordered the jalapeno sausage, brisket and pork ribs along with mac & cheese and cream corn. All the meats are tasty and pretty tender. Also ordered banana pudding, it is creamy and pretty thick just perfect. Can’t wait to go back and try the chicken!!

I stopped here for lunch on my way to Inner Space Cavern. The restaurant is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. I tried the smoked turkey breast sandwich and it was delicious! Very tender, smoky and flavorful! And i thought the portion size was impressive. I would definitely order it again. I had the macaroni and cheese as my side and that was good but not as stellar as the sandwich. I’ve had much better mac and cheese. Fountain drinks are available as you need them, if you make your lunch a combo, which is a nice touch.
