We’ve lived right near the Leander smoky Moe’s for a little over a year and a half and have never had anything but great experiences! I’m a huge fan of their brisket and breakfast tacos- both are out of this world (do yourself to save her and order the brisket, egg and cheese breakfast taco, if I could give it 10 stars, I would).

Smokey Mo’s is good, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes I purchase food for myself and will spend more than $20, and get the saddest looking ribs or smallest pieces of brisket. They should either change the price or be a little more generous is all.

Please save your money and go elsewhere. Against my better judgment I gave Smokey Mo’s another chance. Was being lazy and didn’t want to drive to Stile Switch. Went to my local Smokey Mo’s and ordered a 3-meat plate. Brisket, jalapeño sausage, and pork ribs. Potato salad and cream corn as my sides. Service was great! Restaurant was clean! Completely empty at 7pm on a Sunday night. I should have known. Got my food and started eating. Brisket was worst I’ve ever had. Bland and slightly crispy on the inside. Weird. The “ribs” were tough and chewy. Also, it wasn’t even really ribs. There was no bone. It was the outside cut of a spare rib. I had to dunk it in bbq sauce to make it even slightly enjoyable. The jalapeño sausage was the best of the three and it was bad. Oh, also, everything was cold. Potato salad was super bland. The cream corn was crispy and chewy?? The tea and bbq sauce were the only two things that were enjoyable. Again, service was great. Very friendly staff. Place was clean. However, for $26 the food is just not recommendable. I’m sorry I cheated on you Stile Switch. Never again.

Our go-to place for smoked turkey, sausage and brisket. It makes holidays so much easier when Smokey Mo’s takes care of the meat for me! I like making my own sides but theirs are decent as well. The meat is delicious, moist and tender.

The brisket just melts in the mouth. We had the wraps and they were delicious. You will need more than one unless you are after just a snack. Staff are really friendly and service was very quick. Will most definitely be back.

The brisket was awesome and the turkey was really juicy and the jalapeno sausage was a little dry to my liking. The cream corn was delicious. Can’t and won’t do can cream corn ever thanx Smoky Mo’s … And the brisket Mac and cheese was really good. Can’t wait to go back in August to feast again
