Overall, good bbq. The brisket was very lean and sliced thinly. Sausage was great. The creamed corn is very sweet and the potato salad was flavorful. A big downfall was how the pickles and onions are given. Literally received 3 pickles in each bag, and diced onion which seemed like the leftover pieces. Usually onions at other bbq places are sliced not diced. Only one bbq sauce flavor available and 2 slices of bread given with each meal.

Beef brisket, turkey, chicken plate. Sides coleslaw, green beans and red potatoes. Good neighborhood straightforward bbq joint. Service was quick. Clean tables and counters. Great bbq place—-Recommended!

When I entered the establishment I was immediately great by Jen, a very hospitable team member. I had never eaten at a Smokey Mos before but was very impressed with the time spent by Jen explaining the menu and offering suggestions. The food was good, I had Brisket and Cream Corn. The restrooms and dining room were clean. The only problem was the credit card software was updating for an extended period of time, perhaps this could be collaborated on with them to complete this outside standard operating hours. Good experience. I was the only per dining in, the drive through was busier.

I stopped coming here for some while and decided to give them another try. I ordered a chopped baker with chopped brisket. This is NOT chopped brisket and there’s ZERO BBQ sauce. Not appealing at at. No taste….bland. I am quickly reminded as to why I no longer eat here and never will, again.

I had the two meat plate with two sides. I ordered brisket and sausage along with potato salad and green beans. I’m only giving them four stars because they could definitely improve on their brisket and sausage. The brisket was small thin slices as well was the sausage. Neither was very juicy and neither was smoked long enough. The potato salad was okay but, I mean, that’s not going to give them high marks. The green beans were obviously out of a can. Now don’t get me wrong, I will probably go back to this place mainly because it’s the closest barbecue joint to my house. One thing I would like to try is their breakfasts. They have advertised breakfast tacos and breakfast bowls so I will probably add to this review once I try those.

Have been going to this location for several years. Last night my wife ordered online and I picked it up on way home from work. I got home, I ordered my usual 2 meat plate with pork tenderloin, turkey breast with buttered potatoes and creamed corn as my sides. I opened the container and it looked like a kids meal. There was maybe 3 slices of pork loin and turkey. The buttered potatoes were smashed and broken up. The creamed corn was like a kids portion. Won’t be going back anytime soon if I ever go back to this restaurant. Employees laughing at window handing me the bag. Terrible experience

BBQ was at a good hot temp as well as the sides. Cream corn is chunky and slightly sweet. I prefer it to be more creamy than chunky. Beans were great. Pickles are packed very strange and difficult to open. Wish they had the option for Mexican rice and fries. Over all very good experience and better than the other location off 410 and military area. Prices are reasonable and servings are good for the price. 1/3 lb each meat for the plates. I got sausage and lean brisket. Brisket was still juicy, warm and tasty. Sausage was great too.

My family really enjoys their sausage sandwich. It is close to home, conveniently located, great food, and always clean. I love the warm bbq sauce with my brisket. We recommend a visit if you’re ever in the mood for BBQ.

One of my favorite places to order out from. It travels well and is always consistently good food. The baked potatoes are fantastic!
