Came here for my birthday our server was Patrick and he was fantastic! Very pleasant and friendly. He had our food and drinks out real quick. Great server. Food and drinks were delicious. I haven’t been here in a few years and it’s definitely changed for the better. Will definitely be back!

If you like ribs, this is the place for you. They do ribs, pretty well, but the best part is that their flavors are top-tier. We got our ribs delivered, and they were a little dry due to probably sitting at the restaurant for a bit before someone brought them. But their original flavor and their Memphis flavor were top-tier.

This particular time, I giving a 3 to the food because part of our meal chicken and pull pork nachos were flat out cold. The other meals were good. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on sauces for the wings we decided to try. Great choice of smoked wings with a drizzle of their sweet glaze. Awesome.

for a final get together after our senior year, a group of five of my friends and i came to this restaurant. we ordered our drinks and got them back wrong, when corrected, the waitress, katherine, said she would get our orders put in and then come back with the right drinks. we gave her our orders and two of the boys i was with got meat and ordered it medium rare but after the 45 minutes we all waited for our food, what we got was a well done burger and steak, a turkey sandwich that smelled and tasted like old socks, plus still no corrected drinks. once reminded about the the drinks and asked for ketchup, bbq sauce and, a1 sauce, we had to wait another 15 minutes when my friend finally went to the counter to ask for our sauces and got nothing but attitude from our waitress and the other employees. when she finally made her way over with the right drinks and sauces she did let us know that she hand made the bbq sauce and my friend was very happy with how it tasted. the bbq sauce was the only moderately good thing of our dinner. all in all the food was mid, the waitress was nice but could not get an order right to save her life. there’s a very pleasing atmosphere but even with nice decor it was an underwhelming experience

Was taken here for my birthday dinner. The restaurant was almost empty, yet the greeter struggled to figure out where to seat us . After several minutes, he chose to seat us on the completely far side of the restaurant. ( I am disabled and the person with me is 76 years old. I had a stop before I could get to the booth, and he turned, saw me struggling, and started to laugh. I am not amused. The railing inside the restaurant is unstable and loose, and the restroom floor was wet. Then, the waitress brought the wrong order twice before getting it correct. I asked my companion to check and make sure they had not charged her for the incorrect food they had served. She said the bill was only a total…it was not itemized so she had no idea. Worst service in a long time!

On a Sunday at lunchtime the parking lot was practically empty, and we wondered if there was a reason why. We should have taken the hint. When we went inside the place was huge, but only had about six tables seated. We stood at the hostess station for several minutes while multiple employees ignored us. The waiting area started to fill up, and finally a gentleman who appeared to be a manager, came over and asked for our name. He said he was understaffed due to multiple call-offs, and we’d be seated when his next waitress came on shift at 1 o’clock. Some people decided to leave, but we stuck it out because we wanted to try somewhere we’d never been. When the waitress came in, she was immediately given 5-6 tables. You can imagine how that was for her all at once. Considering the adversity though, she did pretty well and I could tell she was definitely not a rookie at waitressing. Kudos to her and her demeanor throughout our experience there. We ordered the pretzel sticks for an appetizer, and they were excellent, no complaints. For meals we ordered the pick two smokehouse favorites to build our own meals, and we both chose the smoked turkey and smoked bone-in wings. We both thought the turkey was decent, although it was barely warm when served. The bone-in wings though, were awful. They were so overcooked, brittle, and dry I was shocked they’d even bring them out. The sauce drizzled over, may have been an attempt to mask the dryness, but that definitely did not work. For a restaurant that’s supposed to be known for their bone-in wings, we were so disappointed. They seriously looked like they’d been smoked days ago and then reheated (overly). For side dishes, we collectively ordered mac and cheese (premium upgrade), mashed potatoes and gravy, and baked beans. The mac and cheese was very ordinary, definitely not worth the upgrade. It also seemed reheated as we had to stir it when it arrived. The mashed potatoes were also barely warm but edible. The baked beans were decent. Overall, I’m sure the locals are aware of the quality here, but now so am I. I feel sorry that they were understaffed when we showed up, but those are times when a manager should maybe seat tables and take drink orders to help, not leave people at the door. At the peak of our visit, only a maximum of probably 16-18 tables were seated on a Sunday at lunchtime, and if that is normal, I can’t imagine this place will be open much longer. I had high hopes for some good wings, and sadly were probably some of the worst I’d tasted. This one definitely fell short of expectations.

Waitress was pretty good with our service. The cook though made my filet mignon well done. Who does that? Will likely return as that’s the only complaint I had. My mom and kids loved their meals so overall a good outing.

Lamar was an excellent server, highly recommend him! He went above and beyond to explain the menu and the BBQ sauces to us. Made sure our drinks were never empty. Food was delicious, our family of four had wings, pulled chicken, smoked turkey, sausage mac and cheese and fries. We have been here multiple times and have always had a great meal! We will definitely be back to see Lamar again!

Brendan was excellent! His attitude. His conduct and interaction is deserving of high recognition. And a raise. The food was served well done and hot! The atmosphere is very peaceful here. Next time my wife and I are in town we shall certainly return to this fine establishment. Thanks to all the staff that made this experience beautiful!
