Probably the best BBQ in Pagosa Springs. The Green Chili Burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich was great also. The dining room is very small but was not busy on a Wednesday afternoon. No dishware, just eat right from the takeout container.

This little place in Pagosa is worth the stop. Excellent food, hand cut fries and a tasty bbq sauce . She should be charging more for this meat. Smoked in cherry wood and by far the best BBQ in Pagosa. If you’re in town, eat here

Met friend’s coming thru town at this convenient spot just off the hwy on the west side of uptown. The onion rings and ocra were yummy and crispy, almost too crispy, there was nearly no ocra in the ocra ♀️ I guess I have never had North Carolina type bbq, I ordered the pulled pork just on its own (not a sandwich) and it had a very strong vinegar component, I did not like it. I reordered the lean brisket and was more satisfied. My hubs said his sandwich was quite good and the rest of our friends were pleased with their meals. I am sure we will give it another try in the future.

Smokin Moe’s is absolutely DELICIOUS !!! The barbecue has so much flavor that it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I love the pulled beef. Their sides are all amazing, too. My favorite is the onion rings. We also love ordering Smokin Moe’s when we have family or friends come into town because everyone loves it. We were worried when we moved out of TX, that we’d never have great barbecue, but we do now!! They never disappoint!!
