Pretty good, not amazing. The meat was very tender and didn’t seem to have been sitting on a steam table, but very fatty and the dry rubs were not very flavorful. The sauces are pretty good, the mac and cheese very creamy but could be a little cheesier, the cornbread was bland, I liked the brussel sprouts a lot.

Fast service, food is good. You get a tray of sauces and you can mix n match however you want, so be prepared to experiment! The bacon brownies weren’t good.

Had the burnt ends and they were super flavorful and yummy! Would have given 5 stars but the fried green tomatoes I ordered were very tough, which was disappointing since the breading and accompanying remoulade sauce were delicious! Fun, funky atmosphere and attentive waitstaff.

Places of very unique and different with having a style of ethnicity and rustic look. Has very good meat choices with the sampler and pretty unique desserts . Service was amazing. By far. Felt very informed of everything.

I have no complaints about the staff or the facilities. Everything was nice and everyone was more than kind. I was just really let down by food. Everything felt like it was pulled out of a warmish chaffing dish and lightly seasoned. At least for the pork and the brisket, I can’t speak for the rest of the menu. I also can’t say that they served Mac and cheese but they do serve buttered noodles with some peppercorn and cheese shaved on top. And finally, I know that they use quality ingredients, but their drink menu is too expensive. Will I come back or recommend the place, probably. Will I revisit my review at that time, absolutely. But as I write this, I feel like me and my wallet would have been better off with grocery store hot bar equivalent.

First time dining at this establishment. Service was good. Prices are about average. Food was good as well, and arrived in a timely fashion. I ordered the 2 meat plate, choosing the Sausage and Brisket, along with one side, which was Mac & Cheese. I also ordered Cornbread, at an additional $3. When I looked at the plate placed in front of me, I was suprised at how small the portions of the meats were. I had one sausage cut in half that when placed together was about 4 inches long. The brisket was a total of 3 slices about 4 inches long as well, with the thickness of a bread slice. The meat and mac & cheese were good, and the sauces were also pretty tasty. Overall, a good experience with the exception of the meat portions. I’m glad I ordered the cornbread muffins which tasted more like a cake than a muffin, or I would have left hungry. $18.50 seemed a bit steep price wise for the amount of meat.
