I reached out to smoke on the water for an event of a 120 people with about a week’s notice and their team was able to make it happen The pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches as well as the tacos were amazing! The portions were great the food truck was in great shape and was making the whole town hungry from that great smoke! Grade A team. Thanks for everything!

Wow! Amazing BBQ choices. Smoke OTW came to our lakeside community on a Sunday afternoon (June/2022) offering Prime Black Angus Brisket on Texas toast, cherry smoked spare ribs, and steak fajitas on homemade tortillas.
