My fiancé and his coworker had been raving about Smoke Crafters for a good while based off of the ads they’ve seen online (really good marketing by the way!) After work one day, my fiancé and I decided to stop by for dinner. We sat in the car for a while looking over the menu, deciding what to get. Everything looked so good, so it took a while. However, we decided on getting the pork-belly burnt ends with their homemade beef fat tortillas, the Dang Quesadilla with rice and beans, an order of the jalapeño-cheddar sausage, and a chocolate-chip cookie. Throughout the entire transaction and ordering process, the owner Jaime was remarkably kind and sparking conversation with us. We decided to wait inside of Kicking Axes for our order, as they have seating for Smoke Crafters customers. With a smile, Jaime delightfully delivered our food inside of the establishment and asked where we were sitting. We told him where and I tried grabbing the order from him, but he insisted on taking it to our table for us- very kind. We ended up taking our order outside, as it was a little loud inside of Kicking Axes. Jaime came over to our table to check up on us and converse a bit more- excellent customer service and hospitality. In regard to the food, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Without a doubt, the best brisket and pork belly in town, and that cookie… WOW! We cannot wait to go back, and you won’t either after you go. 11/10

Really really recommend this place. I stopped with my family to eat some delicious barbecue. Despite it was really packed, the person that took our order was very friendly, great customer service and even offered us a dessert( Oreo Pudding). Let me tell you, it’s the best! Scratch made, all the sides are scratch made as well! I would totally come back again! If you want prime grade brisket you know where to go!

I finally made it out tonight. Wow the weather was perfect. So glad the storm decided to give them a break this time! Ordering was easy and made me feel welcomed. I was hoping for a sample plate but due to weather, it didn’t happen this time. Maybe next time. I ordered half lb of moist brisket and half lb of carnitas. The brisket was very moist. Looking forward to trying the lean next time. Great bark! The carnitas had great spice to them! I would like a sauce with them next time. The pickled red onions though, finished everything off nicely! That’s a sign that the BBQ place knows what they are doing! Pickled Red Onions! Thank you smoke crafters for a great meal! Just reviewing what is correct. For the price of the food for 2 persons, it doesn’t amount what you get in food portions. Sandwiches and sides were extremely small in portion. I sincerely don’t recommend this place.

Food was really good, the staff are very friendly and answered all of my question. I got the chicken quesadilla with rice and beans, but I asked for double rice and they did it with no extra charge. They have outdoor seating but also have a indoor dining that’s nice and cool. The food came out quick and taken to my table. Overall my experience was excellent. I highly recommended coming here
