I order a salad with extra bacon bits and you know what I get. Like what is that? Where is my bacon bits at?? Then when I call to tell them about it because this is NOT the first time they have done this to me. The woman that answered the phone was very disrespectful yelling at me hung up on me. And told me she could fix it after I told her that I have not even touched the salad. Then she hangs up again but never fixed my order. I’m so mad. This is not professional.

Not only was the pizza delicious, but that staff was very accommodating. We stopped for lunch mid road trip. We were a group of 5 and one of the ladies working rearranged the dining area to make seating more comfortable for us. Will definitely be back again when in the area!

Just had one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my life from there. Mozzarella sticks were incredibly soggy and largely flavorless and cheese bread sticks were way too oily to the point they upset your stomach. Used to be such a good place, but holy hell I cannot get over how disgusting the food was today. $34 and had to wait an hour too!

After all of these years of eating your subs, I couldn’t believe they could all of a sudden go from being the best around to the worst thing I have ever bitten into. The buns are now real soggy, or almost doughy in consistency and I know of several people that have had this very same complaint. As for me, I probably won’t order from there anymore, unless this gets rectified. What has happened?

For take out pizza in Marietta, Smitty’s is a great choice. Good quality pizza at a fair price. Can get a little busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so plan accordingly.
