Another weekly destination for my dad and I. Smitty’s Restaurant is one of those hidden gems. The atmosphere inside is all about drag racing. Looking at all of the photos on the walls brought back memories of racing in my youth.

Place was pretty hot, but quaint. I think if you cleaned out the A/C it would work a lot better. Food was excellent! cheese burger was very good and fries and onion rings were standard but good. Thanks for an experience!

We stop at Smitty’s when we are in Kingman, quite a bit. We usually order ahead and just pick it up on our way through. However, tonight, we decided to order there and wait on the food and take it home, and I’m glad we did. I had a nice conversation with the girl at the counter! She was super welcoming and sweet and seems like a hard worker! I didn’t catch her name. This place has a great atmosphere. Small town gems like Smitty’s are very special! I love this place and will definitely continue to go. **Edited to add: The girl at the grill was also super sweet, but we didn’t get to say much to her, as she was cooking the food. She did an excellent job on our burgers. We were super satisfied!

1/3 lb burgers, hand cut and breaded onion rings, fresh hand cut potato chips, and much more. The bacon on my burger truly was ‘thick cut’ and had a great flavor. Mostly carry out, but 5 tables inside and 2 outside. Right along the main highway through Kingman. Worth a stop if you are passing through.

Wonderful burger and fries, enjoyed more than they steak we had @ Longhorn Steakhouse last night. The burger was served exactly as I ordered it. Wonder smiling service.

Stopped here to get some food on a long road trip and it was overall delicious. it was a little confusing as it had a drive thru with signs for it that didn’t have a working menu or order station maybe it’s used as a pick up place. Defiantly a small local place that had the American classics and seemed busy. The burgers for the price though wasn’t worth it you could tell that the patty’s were not fresh probably frozen plus they were covered in sauce. The chicken tenders were nice and crispy though and the homemade potatoes made up for all of it!! Next time I do my road trip I’m going to add this as a stop on my way!!
