Im editing my review. As I stated a week ago this place is not for me and my family. The bbq has no flavor, seasoning ,sauce. Cole Slaw was terrible the little they had on the sandwich. High priced for low quality food. I posted a review a few days ago with same said comments of not good food and had been told and advised the same on the poor quality of food and only reason why I tried it , was because I was given a gift card.Well I was asked to reach out to them at this location days ago, was asked to email my contact info and time of availability and not one person made contact & it seems this is just a generic message that is going to all bad reviews and they not being addressed. Will not have to worry about me going back here again.

The coleslaw is a bit on the vinegar heavy side and a bit sweet. The chicken tenders had a nice flavor but they were dry and hard. The pulled pork was also dry and the flavor was weak. The hush puppies lacked flavor other than fryer oil and they had a very spongy consistency. Hope other customers have better luck. I don’t think I’ll chance trying it again.

This is by far the nicest Smithfield’s I have been to! The service was AMAZING. Every single worker there made sure we felt welcome and asked if we needed anything. This place offers costumer service you just honestly don’t get anymore at restaurants.

We bought 2 plates and 2 teas for around $35.00, after getting the food took the plates back in and told manager that the portion size was off I counted the fries 20 fries and he got shrimp I counted the shrimp 25 shrimp, I told the manager I was dissatisfied she told me to do what I wanted to, I will go someplace else for the money, if this is what u get food must be scarse!!! Won’t be coming back because the first time was different when I ordered. Like I said food must be getting scarse, I know my money that I have worked for will go further elsewhere!!!!!

Stopped in for a break while traveling. We will be adding this place to our stops from now on. Food was hot and delicious. Kids got the chicken snack. There was enough in one to feed them both. Our service was excellent. So polite and helpful.
