This place just doesn’t disappoint. From our server Jessica, to the GM Steve, to Bartender JC, everyone was simply REMARKABLE! It was a great way to spend my birthday and the customer service experience was FABULOUS! I really can’t say enough. The food, a 6 star meal. I mean, cooked to perfection. Kudos to the cooks out back who never get THANKED or RECOGNIZED for their awesome dedication to put out good food. Jessica really did a splendid job representing the brand and I will personally ask for her to wait on me next time because she was just on another level. A hidden gem who should be groomed for advancement. SHES GOT IT! Would I return? That would be a HELL YEAH!!!

June 2023: Smith and Wollensky opened last week and we have been looking forward to this opening. We ordered an American Wagyu Porterhouse for two and a crab cake appetizer. I will start with the good. The steak was cooked perfectly, it was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. It was raining and the valet walked me to the car with an umbrella over me without me asking. What could have been better is the presentation of the dish, and I would have enjoyed it sliced thinner. For a $500 meal I expected a little better presentation.

My fiancé and I ate at the new Smith & Wollensky location in Burlington, MA and we had a wonderful experience. Our meal was absolutely phenomenal — we had zero complaints. Our server, Renata, was accommodating, informative and friendly. We hope to have her as a server again when we return — and we will most definitely be returning!!! It’s so great to now have a Smith & Wollensky closer to home.

Absolutely delicious steak and many options for those with Celiac Disease! All we had to do was make a note in our reservation about my gluten allergy and we were taken care of. I felt extra safe eating here as our waitress also had a gluten allergy, so she was able to help us navigate through the menu! They also have an allergen menu to display the specific allergens contained in each dish. Both of our steaks were incredible. They were cooked to perfection and the flavor was exquisite. However, there were a few things that took away from the experience a little bit. The restaurant itself felt crowded and somewhat small. Also, the ambience was lacking for me as it just felt overly casual for a high end steakhouse and it was extremely loud in there. As a side note too, the service was a little slow, but this could just be a consequence of the restaurant being busy. The last thing is the prices. In comparison to the other high end steakhouses around, it certainly takes the cake as the most expensive. Overall though, it was a nice experience.

I got the gorgonzola crusted filet 10 oz. The waitress educated myself and the rest of the table about how if you usually order medium rare it’s served to temperature, which made me adjust to medium. I thoroughly enjoyed the steak. If you’re coming here, you really need to get the angry shrimp appetizer. Every part of it was amazing. We also got the roasted beet salad and honestly we we’re biased that we might not like it. The beet salad was amazing and completely changed our misconception about it. We even had to google about the golden beets because we had no idea about them.

Excellent experience for our first time here. We had their 10 oz fillet mignon with their cream spinach and other great sides. Crab cake and their grilled bacon for apps so delicious. They have a superb long menu a lot to pick from. Their dessert menu has a perfect variety. The drinks are so excellent, I had their Prosecco Peach and Ginger cocktail and their lemon drop martini A+. Service exceptional, when you visit, ask for Boom. She made my birthday experience here so memorable. #teamcancer ♋️

My wife and I have been visiting Smith and Wollensky’s for years. Our favorite spot was in the old Castle in Boston, but have visited the Seaport and along the Chicago River. Last night we got a kids free night and visited the new Burlington,Ma location. This was a total letdown to all the previous outstanding visits we had. We put in our order around 610 and approximately 1 hour later we got our food but one of the steaks was the wrong cut. They asked to take it back but could not wait any longer. As we were sitting there two guest next to us had to send their steaks back and group to left had one steak go back. The amount of money you spend for a steak you expect what you order. The manager and waitress were both very apologetic and it was not their fault and did take one of our steaks off bill. This experience was well below my experiences at other locations and will probably be our last time here. Back to Ruth Chris I guess. Hope things get better here but for us we paid far too much for a bad experience

worst steak house I been too. first, i ordered a t- bone steak and the filet part was missing. It looked like a rib eye, i was confused. Then my husband steak was burnt. my husband said the shrimp was salty. I thought that was good, the mash potatoes and cake was perfect. It was the steak part for me. The steak got my finger nails black for how burnt it was. Then when i try telling the waitress things we didn’t like. she just walked away with an attitude. Very unprofessional. the guy manager came over and was more nicer. Im from NYC and went to many steak houses like empire steak and ruth Chris so i know what I’m talking about. I will never come here again.

In the late 70s the original Smith and Wollensky was my go to place whenever I visited New York, it was around the block from the Waldorf. That was a more extraordinary experience than this one is.

Great lunch, but long. I had an issue with the steak temperature, but they made up for it with dessert.
