In town for the Nike 3on3 tournament. Popped over here for a burger. Per the cashier’s suggestion, got a Double Classic Smashburger with Bacon “All the Way”. For a fast food place everything was great. Burger was super good. Smash fries bomb too! Staff was helpful and smiling. Sorry no pic of the burger…I was too hungry! Only wish I had one back in my hometown!

Food was good despite a hair in the toppings of my burger (picked it out, moved along). Fries were hot. It seemed as though the employees didn’t want to take orders nor guide the customer through the order. It was super awkward, and I felt like a major inconvenience. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t asked for my order, I wasn’t given the option of adding extras, I couldn’t get information on fountain drink options, I just… it was so weird. The music was so loud that it hurt my ears and I had to use noise cancelling earbuds. I’m not sensitive to loud music. I couldn’t figure out where to take my trash and tray. I felt unwanted and like I should have apologized for being there.
