I’m probably not the best person to do a review for smashed burgers in general because I love them, but Smashburger always does a great job with them. Our cashier, Marlayna, was awesome, friendly and patient. We wanted to make a few tweaks to our order and she was very accommodating. Would come back frequently if we lived in the area.

The smashburger on Almadea was out of Black Bean burgers so we came here and loved it! Super cute Halloween decorations (see pictures) and a welcoming environment. Conveniently located near Red Rocks we always grab extra food to bring in the venue and they were very accommodated to our special order. Vegetarian options and more!

I work in the building behind Smashburger. I love their burgers and tots, but they don’t seem to want my business. I went once at lunch in the last two weeks and there was a 30 minute wait. Tonight I went at 8.59. They close at 9.30 pm.There were several people inside eating, but we were met at the door and told they were closing. There are so many options now days. I’ll eat at Smashburger again, but I won’t try this location again

Elena was our cashier and from the moment we walked in was unfriendly and bothered for helping us. Both cooks were outside smoking in the patio and looked like they hadn’t showered in days. My husband asked for extra Buffalo sauce and was responded to rudely. I asked my husband to return our chicken wings because they looked undercooked and had very little sauce on them. Elena responded with “this isn’t Walmart, you can’t return them but I can give you your money back”. My husband agreed to that then she proceeded to push them at the cook saying “I don’t want this”. Very disappointed in our overall experience not to mention that a group came in shortly after us and walked out because of Elena’s attitude problem. We’ve never had a bad experience at any smash burger until today.

This smash burger location is garbage. Their grill was down when I came in and they were backed up with orders so I make a simple order with just fries and tots. I wait over 50 minutes seeing people order way after me get their orders before me. We ask where my order is and get told they are waiting on tots. The whole time we see others getting tots and fries for their orders. I get tired of waiting and ask for a refund and the worker and manager person have the nerve to give me attitude.

I usually love it here, but today the person working the register was being a smart a$$. Nobody goes to spend their hard earned money to deal with someone else’s attitude. Instead of being rude back I just left. I would hate to work with you and lose out of customer’s tip money, because you can’t comprehend the service part of your job.

The food is god awful, and the staff is straight up so rude. I work plumbing so I guess I looked homeless to them, and I have been told to leave for absolutely no reason. I was standing outside finishing up an ice cream and thought maybe I’d give them a chance. Not even 5 minutes goes by and a fat employee with a beard and super rude demeanor came and told me that I have been there for 5 minutes and I need to leave, that I’m not allowed to hang out.
