First time visitor and I was hesitant to visit based on recent reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I visited on a Saturday during lunch hours. The person working the counter, Maximus, quickly took my order. He was courteous and friendly, a real asset to the restaurant. The restaurant was clean. Even the restrooms were clean! I ordered a Double Classic Smash Burger. The burger was perfectly cook and burger topping were fresh. I will definitely be visiting again when I’m back in Denver

Waited for about 5 minutes for someone to walk to the front and take my order (they were just sitting on a bench). Sat down and there were about four different people with no food yet, and food just sitting on the counter ready to go out. My burger was made before those who arrived before me, with one person having to go to the counter and ask for their order (which was just sitting there). Not a care in the world from any staff, going to stick with Illegal burger nearby now.

The staff that was taking customers orders was goofing off, listening to headphones, and closed half the dining area and the bathrooms to “clean” while making zero efforts to clean anything. No headway was made to clean the bathrooms while we were there, and it was obvious that they closed the bathrooms just to avoid having to ever clean them. There were no customers there, which makes sense considering the poor customer service. I can’t imagine this location will be open much longer. The food was really good though!

I usually love Smashburger and this is the only one near where I live. I came down for dinner to order about a week ago. The guy who has frizzy hair with a ponytail took my order was rude and wasn’t polite at all. He didn’t seem like he didn’t want to be there. Every time I said thank you, he just completely ignored me and left to do something else. Like dude, you need to be polite and respectful to other customers. He needs to have an attitude check. I will not be coming to this location.

Store is dirty and unorganized. Online To go order took 30 minutes 20 minutes longer than confirmation text that order was ready. There was no one online when I walked in. Staff seem clueless and lazy. At least order was correct. Fries are soggy in oil and got cold too fast. Chicken sandwich was respectable.

I didn’t realize they prioritized catering orders over customers in-store. I came here to grab lunch during my work shift and now I won’t be eating for 10.5 hours until I go home. If you’re trying to grab and go, don’t go here. They will make you wait for them to cook 20 something burgers before they even think about preparing your food.

We had a terrible experience here today. Every table was dirty. The staff was very rude after messing up my order. We watched them deliver our food to another table, who proceeded to open up our burgers and realize they weren’t correct and they took the burgers back and put them right back in our bag. Rude staff, dirty restaurant, incredibly slow service.
